The Nortary service in 3334 East Coast Highway UPS store is extremely bad. I got this service today, but when I went to clerk office to get the document authenticated, it was refused because their signature can not be used, so that I have to go another place for nartary service and rush to clerk office again, it wasted my whole day and extra money. I suppose to have all things done in LA today, but I cant and I have go LA again tomorrow because they did not do the signature to be accepted. When I go to their store to ask my payment back, they said they did not do anything wrong and want me to go back again tomorrow.... I am really disappointed about UPS, I will not use it any more!!!!!!

I dont know about the notary problem the other person had, but i will tell you that the staff there is AMAZING. i mean simply put they way they help my business its almost as if im paying them to work for me. I call everyday and ask if there are checks in the mail and they gladly confirm that so i dont have to make the extra trip, and on top of that they are happy to do it! I have never seen this service at any other UPS store. Best store ive ever been to and doubt it will be 2nd to any. If your looking for a mailbox, this is the place to get it bar none!

Just wrote a review that was deleted Had a PO box for 6 months. they have no parking. In the summer, you are lucky to be 6 blocks away, Instead of paying for 6 more months of box rental, I paid them a fee to hold my mail. All they did was return it to sender, *ucking my credit and bills. Including income checks. Do not deal with these people. Simpler somewhere else. Avoid at all costs.

Pat and her Team are superb! I am so happy with their services that Ive signed up for a 5-year contract on my PO Box. They do it all. I dont even have to tape up or label my shipping boxes. Talk about FULL SERVICE. And they copy/print as well. Im not a related family member...just a really happy customer.

These people are professionals! I needed to return some shoes to Santa Monica and had only a limited amount of time remaining in So. Cal. so it was the UPS Store to the rescue. They were a wonderful help. They saved me a ton of money and, more importantly, time! Thanks!
