It was a pleasure working with Nicole. She made the process very smooth and took the headache out of it. Our company was looking to get some tri-fold brochures mailed out but we had no experience in creating a mailer. Nicole was patient with us as I gave her a sample of a mailer we had received and she worked with us to make sure our brochure came out just as good, even better! The turn around time was estimated 3-5 days and we were able to receive it within 3 days! Also, did I mention that I had previously gone to another printer to get a quote and not only was I met with bad attitude, the printer had given me a wrong quote and expected me to accept the new quote without question. I guess some businesses just get too big to care for their customers. Trust me, you will not be disappointed to work with Tri City Printing. A plus customer service, A plus turn around time, A plus satisfaction with our product, and A plus pricing! And now, they are working on our business cards and we will definitely be shifting more business to them in the future!

Being a Graphic Designer, I have had to work with many vendors. I love working with the girls at Tri City Printing because they are super quick to reply to my emails and have great customer service. They are able to tackle every need that I have with such a great friendly vibe, making my work experience more enjoyable. Their service makes my job much easier and less stressful because I can trust their communication and product! They really go above and beyond as well. For example, I recently inquired about t-shirt prints and they sent me a sample of one of the t-shirts I was looking at online so that I could feel the fabric. Tri City is literally a one-stop shop! I am able to and have ordered anything from flyers, brochures, postcards, t-shirts, vinyl posters and foam core posters. On top of that I can have my product delivered to my clients not just in California but also in Washington and Tennessee! Definitely one of my fav vendors to work with!

We have worked with Jerrold and Tri City for many years. They print all of our printed matter which includes our big catalog and various different short form brochures. We also get all of our promotional items from Tri City including shirts, mugs and anything else we feel like plastering our logo on. These guys are hands down the best in the business.
