Hmmm this Kinkos wouldnt be my first choice considering they botched up on a large order. We had called in the daytime asking if they can handle a rush print job to create giant checks for an event that night. Daytime female staff seemed reluctant to accept it but once she did, she assured us that itll be complete by 7 PM. It was cutting it close for us since the presentation of the checks was 8 PM but we tried anyway. Our order was so large that we had to split the check creations between 2 different Kinkos. This Laguna Hills location and the Mission Viejo location. We had to call in multiple times throughout the day to check-in, and each time there was an excuse that pushed the order time back. (The printer software stalled temporarily, this or that broke but its fixed now etc) Very frustrating. When we got there at 7 PM (even though they didnt call yet for us to pick it up), they only had HALF of the order job done. HALF??? Nighttime staff apologized and laid the blame on daytime staff that they had broken the printer for an hour by sending all the files to it at once which stalled the whole machine. It takes 3-4 minutes to print each giant check and some extra time to cut and mount on foam board. We had to deliver the first half of the checks to the event, and then came back to wait around for the 2nd half. 9 checks left and they still werent done at 9:30 PM at which point, the event had ended and there was no use to waiting anymore. From a 7 PM promise time, to 9:30 PM and it wasnt even done yet. Yea this location has lost our future giant check orders.

This Fedex Kinkos is the worst! I just got back from their location and left the store unsatisfied and without the photo I was trying to print. I am NOT computer savvy and I had emailed myself the photo I wanted to print as I did not have a USB drive nor a blank CD. When I tried to forward the email to the store they did not receive the attachment with it. The store employee then told me to go to the computer and download it on one of their USB drives, but didnt tell me which drive it was called. When I tried to do my time ran out and he never attempted to help me. What would have been helpful is if he would have stayed with me at the computer and walked me through how to save it on the USB drive as I have never done that. All I wanted was some help and he could NOT provide that.

I was deeply disappointed after leaving an order at Fedex in Laguna Hills. No one phoned me to tell me the order for envelopes stuck in machine and when presented next day for pick up were curled and double printed and could not be used. When asked for manager girl refused to call. Finally she said she would call manager and that she would take care of it. Needless to say, she did not call me back with order compleleted. We are without our envelopes and her attitude was extremely unhelpful. I was told the manager was busy and could not be recalled for help-sad business - no customer service via fedex line - said no supervisor available it between that area location manager and customer! no resolve - no help

I just called to ask about how much printing would be for 250 colored paper. He told me 55 cents a page. I then asked what that would put me at. His responce "i dont have a calculator just add it yourself plus tax" poor customer service. Im glad hes not my employee.

This place has the most amazing staff and always has a very quick service time. I go in at least once or twice a week for my office and they are always great and very helpful.
