I went in to have some maps printed out to send to a client. They could not figure out how to print it at first. I said I need three copies. In the middle of placing my order the girl helping me said she needed to take her lunch and someone else stepped in for her. I was given the total and I left and was told they would call me when they are ready. I never got a call so I went back 4 hours later and yes they were done but no phone call. I get there and they only made 1 copy and the price they gave me was totally incorrect. They had to print the other two copies. I waited an hour, went to the counter and asked how much longer and I find out they have been sitting there for most of the time and they never called me over. Horrible service.

One star for being open during regular business hours and one star for being clean, well-lit and presentable. They were short-staffed for the number of people in the store and the employees working in the back just looked on as the line of people waiting for help continued to grow. Unsolicited advice: take your business elsewhere because the owners obviously care more about their profit margins than taking care of their customers

This is the worst Fedex location in OC I believe. Rude and nasty service. I was trying to drop of a new item within the factory sealed package for my friend. The manager insisted to open the sealed package to have a look. Of course I did not like to send a opened item to friend and then the manager just refused to service. Ok, I went to another fedex center, everything is fine. If you can, donot use this location.

Alec hooked me up! I went in to print a Birthday card for a friends birthday. Alex recommended colors of cardstock, printed me a free sample, and helped me fold and cut the final product. It came out beautifully. Looks extremely professional and Im sure my friend will appreciate it.

What else can you expect, its FedEx. I mean you have all the necessities without too many bells and whistles. The service is quick and on point and you can usually get out within 10 minutes. Overall i would say pleasant experiences so far and I will continue using their services.

Convenient hours but understaffed. Was turned away by the assistant manager because they were too busy at 9:30pm. He was the only one there after an employee went to lunch or left. Also the self service machines were hardly functional.

Very satisfied with the service. I had a 125 page document scanned and placed on a zip drive. I told them the next day would be fine and they phoned 6 hrs later saying the job was done.
