UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!! What an incredible difference. The customer service is so friendly, courteous, helpful, and fast. The manager makes you feel like long time friends, has a great memory. He is very patient in training his staff, so I know his employees will be top notch as well. I often drove several miles out of my way to go to Diamond Bar as the Walnut location was so horrible. I know you will be impressed.

Would not recommend - their customer service and reliability is beyond awful. After loosing my package that I was returning for a $250 refund, going back and forth with this location for months, they have done nothing for me. I am now out $250 + shipping costs because of this locations poor organization and unreliability - thanks. Go somewhere else

This ups store makes me never want to send a package in my life. The asian couple dont care about the package. When I left my packagr they graved it and threw it in the floor. And when I asked for a little piece of tape they looked at me with upset.

Ive visited this store several times over the past few months and they are very friendly and helpful. Im not sure what the negative reviews are about. Theyve handled my packages carefully and Ive never had any problems.

The elderly couple are very nice!!!!, but are retired now. The new store manager, Rico, is awesome! he is very nice. With the new management, new services has been added. Great store!
