I dont own a printer but I have access to one via wifi on my phone but unfortunately it was out of ink/paper etc. Boo. I needed to print passes etc., for an event I was going to so I drove here to get it done. It was about $3 to use the computer, get online, get into my email and print. If youre going to make me pay, at least make sure stuff is fast and it works. It took forever for everything to load and I was getting charged by the minute. Such a waste. $3 is a lot of pay for slow shitty service and printing. I know its only $3 but I was only printing two things which I guess I could have just downloaded onto a flash drive and printed for way less but meh. Didnt have the time or a reliable flash drive so whatever. It could be better..so much better.

I went to FedEx needing to print something for a bridal shower and didnt have a lot of time . I asked the man putting snacks away if he could help me because the printer was out of order, and I had to email them to get a code back and it wasnt coming up. He acted so inconvenienced and would bark out what to do across the room and talked down to me like I was an idiot . Funny his name is Angel lol... and if you look on Anaheim Hills FedEx yelp he has nothing but horrible things said about him. I ask you who is he related to that keeps this rude person working anywhere there are customers??? Moving him to another store is not what needs to be done Well Eddie is a sweet guy and rescued me from the hell I was in so ask for Eddie and save yourself!

Very rude very unprofessional customer service the womans working on received the packages dont know how to talk with a customer, think twice before you go there they will trick you to buy there tape Wich is very expensive almost 3 time experience then out side I dont mind even spend $5 on tape but they wont treat you like a valuable customern Wich is most horrible from FEDEX, I always like UPS better but today I decided go with FedEx and thats what I get...... you go to any ups store they will welcome you with smile thats how they get trained but...fell sorry for whoever using this location.

WHY is FedEx so cheap? Kinkos use to be a place to get work done, but now when you go it (this was 8:30p on a Tuesday night), there is *1* person working. I was there for 45 minutes, and only ever saw *1* person working. There were 4 people in line, waiting for help or to pay for something. I have no doubt that FedEx is paying minimum wage, so why cant they have a couple of extra employees on in the evenings? Their cost would be extremely low, their customer satisfaction would be higher, and those employees could work on any number of things when its slow.

This place is pathetic. I was preventing from making a black and white photo copy of my own degree (requested by my employer for their records) under the excuse that I am violating copyright law. Not only is this blatantly wrong as I am not duplicating with intent to claim original content or distribute for profit, the staff were also rude about it. If you actually need to get something done. Dont waste your time with this dump. I should have been suspicious when a place this big didnt have a single customer in it.

Sadly this location does not have very good staff. I attempted to send a package from this location being sent in the original FedEx box that I received it in. The staff told me that this packaging is not acceptable and they will not accept it. I question this saying hey this is your own packaging. They still refused. So I went out found a FedEx driver block away and handed it to him personally and all was fine. It seemed like the staff of this location just didnt want to be bothered with doing any work.

Tried to print 10 pages from my USB and it only printed 3 and stopped. I had to wait 20 mins in "line" for someone to refund me. I tried again on another machine and it screwed up half way through and I needed another refund but this time She gave me cash because I printed a receipt and I was "told" not to. I went to office depot for the print.

Overall a nice 24 hour Fed Ex location. Night staff is really helpful. Except for one or two employees, who, quite frankly I think could care less; everyone else there has always been super nice, professional, and made a genuine effort to go above and beyond. Thank you guys for always being dependable even at 3 am.

Very Expensive and Package Was sent Back to me. I tried to see if they would resend it, then they wanted to recharge me for it. Crappy Customer Service. Thanks for taking my money and not providing your service. Garbage Place. Use the Post Office its less expensive and they make sure it is sent.

This place is pathetic, employee are nice, manager is not helpful at all. Says she will be there all night and i can expect a phone call later to get back to me about the problem. 6pm no phone call so i call them and she had already left. No such thing as customer service anymore

Just horrible the women who does the receiving Fed ex is so rude we paid Fed ex $1200 last month she could care less.. kicks around boxes and does a drip test? Crazy complaied how she is over worked .. just starge for a large company like this

I agree with the other reviews. Worse Fedex I have ever been to. It seems like the people that work there dont like any customers. They answer with one word answers and act annoyed with your every question. Go somewhere else.

There is zero motivation for the workers to be there. Extremely unhelpful. Had to ask for help 5 times just to simply print a book for class (keep in mind I was the only one in the store). Dont give this place your business.

Standing in a very long line at a USPS post office is faster than standing in line with two people ahead of you at this FedEx. Just wanted to ship 2 packages and I was in the store for 30 min. NOT fast and NOT convenient.
