Expensive, empty shelves, always pull sale tags down way before sales are over so its impossible to go in and shop for sale items. You just have to guess! Not that the sales are good... Ha. Some of the people they hire here have no comprehension of customer service or retail. An example of this is I attempted to purchase a box of Cesar dog food containing 8 containers of food. Boxes such as this are sold as a pack, not individually. However, this cashier I went to proceeded to rip the box open and starts counting the dog food containers (that info is on the box, mind you) so she can ring them up individually. When I pointed out her mistake and said its sold as a box, not individually, and Id like you to replace the box now that you destroyed it she just looked absolutely dumbfounded as if she could not comprehend that dog food can be sold in boxes AND as individual cans. I had to explain to her that there is a barcode on the box to scan. This same employee has also screamed in my aunts ear because she got excited her friend walked in. Wow, mature... and fantastic customer service huh? I avoid this place as much as possible.
