Never have refills ready when we were told. Never contact us to let us know that something has changed or that they need more info to get RX filled. We have changed our primary care physician on their system 3 times and they are still contacting our old primary care physician. Over all horrible experience changing to Walgreens today.

Frustrating, this is the 2nd time I have had to wait for 1 of 3 scripts to be on stock. That means two 80 mile trips to deal with their inability to control inventory correctly.

This place always says your prescription is ready and when you get there it is never ready making you wait forever for them to fill it even if its just a prepackaged nuvaring!
