When theyre busy, they will not answer the phone. It keeps ringing until Im sent back to the main menu...over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over....and get this....they hung up on me. Just disconnected the phone. So I called my physicians office and told them that they arent answering my calls. And her very words were, "Yeah, they suck. In fact theyve lied about receiving our refill request when the patient has been standing right there watching us fax it. And they tell them they havent received a refill order." So she recommended Dokimos, a local, more personable pharmacy. They have two locations in town. Grass Valley and Nevada City. Sorry Rite Aid. Been with you for 10+ years. Now that youre under new ownership or management youve lost another customer.

(Pharmacy:) Rude staff, Outrageous waits, Wires always crossed regarding when prescriptions are/arent ready, always leading to more waiting. They will text or call you saying something is ready, then tell you 45 minutes when you arrive—and they wont tell it to you cordially either. Its as if they go out of their way to be unhelpful. This is not a one-off experience either—its reliably been this way for the whole 6 months I went there. The CVS is much better in every way. PS: Everything besides the pharmacy is fine, but the pharmacy is bad enough to undo the rest hard enough to warrant a 1/5 overall. Id give less if I could. PPS: This may be the only 1-star review Ive ever left anywhere.

Rite Aid , Walgreens , and CVS are the worse pharmacys . Their staffs are rude and stupid ! If I could give it 1/2 star I would for each one ! CVS lied to me twice . And after going to Rite aid I decided to try Walgreens it was worse than Rite aid . So went to CVS hoping it would be better . NO T !!! So where to go now ? Any suggestions ? I have waited on the phone as long as 45 mins ! Have written to corporate but never hear anything back from any of them . Very sad ! And very upsetting !! Today I had three different people tell me my medication was in Reno !!!!!

0 Stars. Pharmacists are some of the best. The crew is one of the worst. Most of the crew has no clue of what is going on from minute to minute, even thou you just got off the phone with them 35 seconds ago from the parking lot. If they have a manager, this person should really review the workers and the attitudes that show up if front of the people who are supporting their business.

Chaotic, needs more staff. And hours at the pharmacy are not until 11 PM 7 days a week. Theyre closed at 7 on Saturday and 6 on Sunday, although the rest of the store is open until 11. Guess how I figured that out? Cost me an hour drive into town today for nada.

Dissatisfied , this is the second time it has Happened in 3 months, Prescription back order, no notification, unfriendly staff , i drive to town to pick up prescription, they tell me it is on back order, no courtesy call,

Trust me: If you need prescriptions pick a different pharmacy. They mess up my order Every. Single. Time. In so many different ways. It is a nightmare. Ill give a couple stars for having longer business hours.
