I have alot to say about Kayle..... (Shop owner) witch you figure would take care of the shop a bit better. Hes a horrible business man. He first looked at a (idea) of what I wanted he took my deposit and we made the appointment. I wanted him to email me a copy of the work so I can see it before I drive 1 hour to his shop, he didnt send it and I show up for our appointment anyway. He had what was completely different work then what we had talked about, it almost seemed like he forgot what we talked about and drew whatever he wanted, so anyway I tell him no thats not it and we reschedule. He cancelled my appt. We reschedule I had been calling for 3 days before my 3rd appt. to see if he can email me the work, I leave messages but of course I dont EVER get a call back. The day of the appt. I FINALLY get a hold of him and I tell him to email me the work or I cant go all the way out there, He finally does because im guessing he needs money. I get my first session in, His work is very nice no complains over his work at ALL. Second and final session, I call because im going to be late and he said "its ok just get here" no bad attitude or nothing. I show up and he LOOKS a bit on the upset side he gets set up and right as were going to start he looks at me and said "your late!" DUH I called him to tell him I was going to be late! We finish and it looks great! when we first talked he told me the size and color and detail it wouldnt exceed a certain amount and guess what it did by $250.00 its not about the money well yea who am I kidding but when I showed up the 1st time when he drew what ever the hell he wanted he told me "Ill make it up to you, Ill charge you cheaper" His mistake so he should of fixed it. I paid him and I will NEVER NEVER EVER go back! Bottom line I gave him my patience and still couldnt take care of me. So if you have patience deal with Kayle, If you want a real business relation go to someone else. ( Sorry Kayle)

I would strongly advise avoiding this place. Horrible customer service by artist Shawn. That is if you can call him an artist? He did a tattoo for my wife and made a mistake. He forgot to dot the "i" on my wifes tattoo . He was very rude and wanted a deposit just so she could return and have the "i" dotted. In addition to his poor customer service, his poor tattoo skills, his rude mouth and, fowl language he used with my wife, lost this establishment a customer. I will gladly spread the word of our experience here every chance get so others dont fall into the same mistake.

I got my first tattoo here back in 2003 and been back quite a few times over the years. Some of the artist have come and gone, but this shop is still one of the best in the area. They have a great group of artists and it looks nice inside. I would recommend coming here and checking out some of the artists work and getting something done.

Talked to Kayle about a cover up, showed him the area and told him what I was wanting. He immediately had an idea and based on the paintings he had on the shop walls, that he had done, I KNEW I had the right guy. The following Monday I had an absolutely awesome dragon tattoo !! Beautiful work by a great artist. Thanks Kayle.

I had an idea in mind walked in and was greeted quite quickly my artist was shannon young told her what I was thinking of she had some ideas gave her control and a few hrs later a great tattoo with the detail and style I wanted thanks for having good people in the shop

I flew from South Carolina to California to get tattooed by Kayle. I sat for 7.5 hours to do a half sleeve. Kayle was amazing through the entire experience and the work is outstanding!

This place is overpriced for the quality. Kayle did my tattoo after postponing twice. Did a quick halfa**ed job. Went and got it covered up. Never going here again.
