Got a tattoo done yesterday at Tattoo Alchemy. My artist was Art (with some help from Jason). My tattoo was pretty straight forward - got my fiancees name on my chest. Art drew out his design and with a couple of tweaks, found one that i was happy with. I was a bit anxious at first, with the first few times the needle hit my skin I wondered if i made the right decision. At this point Jason did a few lines (Jason said he has been working with Art on tattooing/techniques). After Jason did his lines and gave Art a couple of tips, it was smooth sailing from there. Art did a great job - he delivered. The process took a little longer than expected, but that was OK by me. Art had Jason check his work about 2-3 times before we finished. Jason gave Art pointers and making sure all the line work matched up so the lettering didnt seem like they were all separate tattoos. At the end, Art and Jason both explained the after care procedure for the tattoo. Would definitely go back for more -- with Art or any artist there (you can tell they take care of their customers - Art, Jason, all the artists i saw there, they dont want to give you a good tattoo -- they want to give you a PERFECT tattoo... Jason "signed off" on the tattoo Art gave me. If MY tattoo is good enough for an Ink Master Champion, its good enough for me.

Tattoo Alchemy easily has one of the friendliest staffs in the business. My family and I are able to call ourselves repeat customers at Tattoo Alchemy, myself having been tattooed by Peachy, my brother by Peachy and Hung Danh, and most recently, the both of us by Art Meza and my mom by Britney. Having never met Art, I walked in to schedule an appointment for the three of us. He was very nice, easy to get along with, and worked with me from the start. He and Danh were both easy-going, even cracking funny shots at each other here and there and keeping the atmosphere light. Arts just genuinely an outgoing and funny dude who can hold a conversation with anyone. It certainly gave my mom, who is not familiar with tattoo shops in the slightest, a good first impression and she already cant wait to come back and get more. As for the actual art, it came out clean, precise, and relatively quick. These artists definitely put passion into their work, for both simple and complex pieces and they really do want you to love it. I would absolutely consider this shop my primary spot to get inked and would refer it to my friends!

Great atmosphere, this has to be the one of the best shops Ive seen the entire crew at Tattoo Alchemy are so welcoming and considerate towards their clientele. Im currently getting a sleeve done, and every single idea I ran through to Jason he applied and exceed all my expectations and more the experience was incredible and Id definitely recommend this shop to anyone all the artist here at he shop are insanely talented theyll satisfy your every desire, there is no doubt in mind if you get tattooed by any of these artists youll be extremely pleased. Everybody at the shop is so attentive to every single detail to please their clients and thats what loved about Tattoo Alchemy not many places treat you like your at home and you feel incredibly comfortable which is phenomenal considering your getting tattooed. HANDS DOWN BEST SHOP OUT HERE IN CALIFORNIA.

I started a chest piece with jason and from the consultation to the end of this first session has been nothing but professionalism and kindness. The entire shop is incredibly welcoming and the environment is really relaxed. Jason could be a comedian if he werent such a good tattoo artist. He made the tattoo experience very unique, he really takes the time to listen to make sure you get a great tattoo. Peachy has done some great art on my girlfriend and the same goes for her. We both will continue to come to this shop, the quality of work and attention these artists put in is awesome and it is much appreciated. Even Jasons apprentices were cool guys! I have not a single negative thing to say about jason clay dunn and tattoo alchemy.

This place is phenomenal! From the first time we came in, to the conclusion of my first session, we were treated with the utmost respect and sincerity. Immediately the staff made sure that we were comfortable, offering us water and a place to sit. We met with an artist within 5 minutes. Jon Marquez is the best! He worked with me on all of my designs, sent me an e-mail design previous to our session and had an entire sketch and stencils ready to go when I arrived. He is professional and talented, yet very down to earth. I felt more like a friend than just another customer. My husband, who was also there, was not only remembered from months before, but welcomed. I cant wait to return for session 2! Pics to follow then!

Such a killer spot. Called in an hour before showing up for some work for a friend and myself. Art took care of us and made us feel at home right off the bat. Both him and Jon worked on the two of us. Their line work and lettering was incredible and spot on. Art did a great job consulting the piece for my friend beforehand - figuring out what would look best on her. Good friendly vibes all around. I happened to be in the area that night, but will totally take the 1hr+ drive to return and get more work done soon. Thanks guys!

Its been a few days, but I got my second tattoo done here on December 30th. Art Meza did an incredible job and made the experience both memorable and enjoyable. He shared some of his story and maintained a comfortable environment. During the session, we found our taste in music is similar so we ended up swapping music suggestions. Overall, I ended up leaving Tattoo Alchemy with more than just a tattoo. If you need something done Art is a very interesting and talented guy. Thanks Art! It was fun:)

Every time I come into the shop Im greeted and offered a drink. They have customer services skills unmatched in this area. Both myself and my girlfriend have never felt so welcomed at a tattoo shop before. There was never at any point pretension, or a feeling of superiority from the artists. And on top of all of that, these guys will actually do research on what theyre tattooing on you. I cant recommend tattoo alchemy enough. Thanks for providing such a great experience!

Best. Tattoo. Artist. Ever. Art Meza did a phenomenal job on my tattoo! I just keep staring at it in wonder- I cant believe the tiny detail he was able to get! And beside of doing the best tattoo I have to date, he also made the whole experience great by fixing the drawing I wanted, making me feel at ease during the tattoo and just going the extra mile all the way around. Go get your tattoo from this guy before hes so famous you cant even get on his wait list!

As this was my first time getting a tattoo I was extremely nervous and not sure what to expect. However, Art and the staff at Tattoo Alchemy made receiving my first tattoo such a positive experience. They were patient with my nervousness, attentive to the design I envisioned, and very friendly and professional. The studio was very clean and relaxing.
