I came in to buy jewelry, simply an 18g CBR for my ear lobe piercing. The staff were all polite and welcoming, but my experience after my purchase was terrible. Nikki didnt give me a real CBR, but an imitation one that squeezed open and closed. I should have insisted on an actual CBR like I asked for, but I made the mistake of trusting her judgement. She put the jewelry in for me and gave me her card before I left. Of course, as soon as I got home, the ring slid in my ear, and the piercing managed to close in the gap between the fake "bead" and the other end of the loop. I had to painfully twist the jewelry open to pull it out. Disappointed in having been sold a product I didnt ask for, more disappointed in having to retire my ear lobe piercing.

Called asking if they were busy today to get a tattoo, was told there was one artist available so I said Id be there in 30 mins. I got there a bit early so I was directed to the artist and he said a walk in came in and the wait would be an hour and a half. Why I wasnt I told that on the phone I dont know. I asked the girl and she claims I asked to "talk" about a tattoo, WHY would I drive out to talk about it?! No, I wanted to GET the tattoo, thats why I asked if they were busy. I wouldnt have even driven over there had I known Id have to wait that long to get it. Next time be clear to the customer what the situation is before they make the trip.

Yeah, they look like they are good at the tattoo aspect but I recently had my Tragus (inner ear cartilage) pierced by them and I will NEVER go anywhere near that place again. They were rude, they did not tell me ANYTHING about the piercing or how to care for it, they did not give me any option on the piercing jewelry (they gave me a non-removable hoop when I wanted a stud), and the hoop i was forced to use was NOT surgical stainless steel like I was told and caused a bad infection and blister. Do not go here for piercings!!!!!!!

We love Jason. Hes real hes caring and he loves his art so you always walk out with more than you went in for. He has the touch you want from an artist. My sister and I both love how there is next to no pain and he is concerned about your pain so be honest with him. Hes great with working on us chicks so girls hes the man Just go in or call....ask for Jason and he will take good care of you. Send your friends to the shop and hook them up with these guys. They are all good at what they do and I am no bullshitter!!

I have gone here for several tattoos. I have always found the staff to be friendly and the shop is very clean. I have had work done by Paul (no longer there) Brian and Fernando. I would highly recommend. Artists are professional and friendly...they have albums on display to check out their work. I will be heading back there very soon for my next tattoo.
