***DO NOT GO HERE!!!! ****BEWARE**** Took my niece here for a piercing yesterday. The lady whos little boy of about 3-4 years old- runs wild around this place. Wild! She was so incredibly rude. She is in some serious need of an attitude adjustment. She must be related somehow to the owner. Must be!! When I say rude, this woman was disgustingly rude. She had the nerve to say, "you can add a tip and then before giving me my money for my change- she said, "you gonna leave the rest for a tip?". Omg! She was the main reason I wasnt going to leave a tip! She said, "pull your pants up or Im gonna whoop your a**" to her son. She was totally annoyed by having to help us and I hope she gets reprimanded from what must be constant complaints on her. How is this place even in business with that kind of horrendous customer service? I honestly wish I could get that tip back! A tip that I was practically forced to leave. I was just in so much shock!! Almost embarrassed in front of the people I was with. In another situation, absolutely! Im a generous tipper! The party I was with, as soon as we hit out the door- they were like, "wow! That was insane!" Whoever the owner is here- please PLEASE do something with this woman! Also, get toddlers out of your shop! What kind of professionalism is that? Especially since she was literally, screaming and yelling and threatening to whoop him the whole time! Just WOW! Wish I could be refunded for this whole service, it was THAT BAD!!

Zack Smith is one of the best tattoo artists in the area! I have had multiple pieces done by him and I am never disappointed. He is meticulous with his cleaning and details. All my art came out beautifully and he was able to bring my ideas to life! I would recommend him and Blue Moon to anyone wanting a quality piece of art on your skin! So I had to update this post because I just got my nipples pierced at blue moon one by Zack Smith and one by the newbie Miranda! They are awesome!! I love them so much, completely straight and even on both sides. They took great care in cleaning and giving me all the information. It barely hurt. I was being a wimp aft first and took a while to chill out but once they did it I was so excited! Very clean, very detail oriented and totally awesome! Love them both for doing a great job!

I had a cover up done a few years back on my left shoulder. The tattoo that I was covering up had been done so bad, both the art and the pain that the original tattoo artist caused me that I was scared to have it fixed. Finally after having the bad tattoo on my shoulder for 13 years, I had Zack Smith do the cover up. The design that he created for me was perfect and did not hurt like the first tattoo. I am so glad that he did my cover up and I have recommended him to anyone who has asked me. If I ever get another tattoo, Zack Smith will be the only one who I will go to to get it done.

I recently did a cover up on my back by tattoo artist Zack Smith. He is by far the best damn artist Ive ever had. So patient, light handed and has amazing ideas. Everyone in the shop makes you feel at home and doesnt treat you like a customer. They treat like a friend and I love that!!! Great prices, Hella clean facility and overall the best experience Ive had while getting tatted. Cant wait to see what he has in store for my arm. If your wanting to get a tattoo or piercing... Zack Smith is an amazing artist... last year I was being very picky on who would do my first tattoo. He did an amazing job doing my tinker bell tattoo with all the details in it and he didnt mess up at all and my lines are straight... I went to him again to get my bigger back piece done and Ive been happy with it and how he designed it for me. He gave great advice about how I should treat my tattoo and how to take care of it.. I would recommend others to get tattoos from him

Terrible experience here!!! My nose ring got sooo infected litterally by the next day that it completely pushed my nose ring out! After it was done, another customer, who stopped halfway through getting whats seemed a uncomortable and very painful tattoo said, he seen the piercer drop the needle on the floor and pick it back up and use it on my nose! This place is inexperienced, uncaring, and dirty! It was even still after all that in the wrong spot and crooked :(!!

I went to get my nose pierced and walk-ins are accepted, which is a plus. I could even bring my own jewelry...be aware, you have to leave that jewelry there for 45 minutes too sanitize it first (wish Id known that). The piercer was super friendly and fast - something to think about for the future for them...maybe some soothing spa music and a darkened room my lend itself to the person being pierced to be calmer and relaxed before the pain.

Im so glad I came out here to bluemoon from livermore. Saved myself a fortune and the service was amazing. Not just the piercer but everyone in the shop was so friendly and welcoming. Loved being there!! My pierces name was Zack Smith and he was perfect, got myself a dermal piercing under my eye and havent had any problems no rejection no irritation! Highly recommend going to bluemoon to get a piercing!

Me and my boyfriend went in to get a piercing togeather and it was horrible i got my smiley done and my bf got his tounge my smiley was pierced trough one side of my lip literally my lip and the guy pierced my bfs tounge way to far back it his his tie at the bottom of his tounge and he wouldnt stop bleeding so he had to instantly take it out i will never go back to this place for a piercing
