This place has it all ! The grocery store is fully stocked . Slammed with all of my favorites. Meats, fish ,bakery, dry goods, cook ware, small appliances, beer/wine, soft drinks, and body/health needs. The market place is breath taking . Tea Lupica has an unstoppable line up of teas and seansonal teas. This is were I always end up and I always have a hard time just picking one tea. The restaurants in the marketplace have a great selection of meals and offer a great selection of food to meet everyones tastes. Then there is the home goods selection is full of values . If your looking for a good quality tea set @ not a lot of money look here. The market place also offers a video store, postal services , stationary items for correspondence, insurance, high end hand bags , and really nice Artisan chocolates. This place is where you can take Mom and Dad for a fun adventure and pick up all of those nice Christmas gifts for your holiday needs.

Mitsuwa is more of a mini mall than a store. They have a food court, a bookstore, novelty stores, and huge grocery store. A one stop shop for any and all of your Japanese needs. The food court has an amazing variety of Japanese food in all price ranges, but most of them are cash only so either bring cash or use their ATM. If you’re not in the communal mood, they also have a decent selection of pre-made food to take home. The market as plenty of made-in-Japan items such as shampoo, makeup, and rice cookers; as well as normal Japanese groceries and items. On a side note, the ladies restroom is ridiculously fancy and every stall has a sound maker to cover up the sounds you may make in there. The absurdity of the restroom is worth the trip.

This used to be the best Japanese market around, hands down Great quality, authentic, carefully selected meats, produce, and groceries. Now standards are slipping, poorer quality items at the same higher prices, and an absolute need to check expiration dates on items. When I forget to, I inevitably come home with a few expired items. The grocery store interior is scruffy and not kept as clean as it once was as well. Heartbreaking for people who used it as a go-to grocery store and not as a tourist stop. Still probably a great place for anime fans to buy giant Pocky, but its looking like it might be about time to revisit Nijiya or Marukai for actual Japanese cooking staples.

People said this one is huge, but reality is about same size as the one in Costa Mesa and Santa Monica. I doubt I would go here unless I happend to be in the area, this mistwau got all your japanese foodies goodies. Dunno if I strike a jackson, the day I was here. I saw many excellent deal in the store, $3 green tea noodle (8packs) This is dirt cheap for that type of quality noodle, The same type of noodle serve in high end ramen shop. Green Tea ramen is just another level of ramen noodles. They were selling small $4 sashimi, which is actually good chuck amount and they are fresh.

This is a five-star Ramen Museum, has been uncertain of its Chinese name is called fire first or volcanic head, it really is best to eat noodles eaten, that is not lost on the Japanese mainland. Once in a while to go home to eat it once, basically D package, plus ground-pork ramen rice combination. Occasionally plus side not far from the cold green tea shop, the highest price of the kind. With them it was fantastic. After dinner stroll supermarkets, it will have purchased here

The food here is great although the refreshment part, considering its a huge food court, lacks highly! If there is an addition to a unique Japanese beverage line in each store, thatd be great for business! My wife loved the tempura plate she got along with chicken katsu, I got ramen noodles with beef. Really good! The huge gyoza are the best in regards of quality and portion. I do not want to go to the marketplace and buy a can of soda, its an inconvenience. Step it up!

Excelente lugar para comprar todo tipo de productos japoneses. Tiene un pequeño supermercado y diferentes tiendas, además de un food court con comidas típicas de Japón. Se puede encontrar casi de todo.

You quintessential Japanese market. Carries all things Japanese. Their food court is especially impressive, which explains why the food court is constantly busy. Best part of this mitsuwa is the special events they put on a nearly monthly basis, usually to showcase groceries from a region of Japan. If you are new to Japanese groceries, these events could be fun and educational.

Whether grocery shopping or stopping in for a bite to eat at the food court you cant go wrong here. I usually stop in for lunch because its fairly quick and most places offer to-go options. Be sure to have cash with you because some places dont take a card. Beware lunch can be very busy so if you come with a large party during the lunch rush you may have trouble finding a seat.

Food court is great. There is about a dozen restaurants with many great options from sushi, takoyaki, ramen and donburi. Curry at miyabi is great. Ramen at santouka of course. The market itself has plenty of personal care products and has a great selection of veggies and frozen Japanese food. On the weekends this spot can get packed I recommend weekday nights and afternoon.

This is the Japanese Market of Torrance. It has everything and more. Several bakeries, great ramen, a mochi shop... Its filled with delightful treats from Japan. Theres also a bookstore and a video shop, filled with things I cant read or deciper, but thats ok because its all fun to look at. A great place to get a bite to eat and spruce up your pantry with some essentials.

非常其全的大型日本超市,肉質品質很新鮮,肉類不會有大華超市的怪味,蔬菜種類很多,非常好逛的日式超市,旁邊還有日式美食街,好方便,太喜歡這裡了

Best market of its kind in the area! Grocery is extensive, includes hard to find produce such as myoga and fresh wasabi as well as a wide variety of Japanese beers, sake and even Japanese whiskys and wines. Great food at the food court. If thats not enough, there are plenty of great Japanese resurants and an 85 Degrees less than a 5 minute walk from the market.

This place is awesome. Its Mitsuwas flagship store so it should be. The food court is great and has a lot of really food options. Im a big fan of Hanouske, their tempura is fantastic. The takoyaki place is really good too. I hear the ramen vendor is well above average. Then theres the grocery store. If you like asian/japanese food this place is heaven.

I like this place for its extensive selection of grocery items, for the interesting shops they have & for the fresh, clean, authentic Japanese foods they offer in the food court. Wish there are more shops to line up the rest of the place. It would also be cool if the food court had teppanyaki or a spot for street food that can be found in Japan!

Mitsuwa is a large Asian, mostly Japanese grocery store. Its not just food as there is a large food court, a book store and other misc shops set up in the grocery store. If you dont have time to stop into the food court, there are plenty of already made options in the refrigerated section near the back of the store close to the bakery.

日本人にとってとても頼りにやる場所。 最近はローカルの方も増えてて、日本食人気を肌で感じれます。 イベントも多く、子供に優しいお店です。
