No lo puedo creer lo grocera que se porto la cajera que me atendió el día de hoy traigo estomago revuelto del coraje que me hizo pasar esta mujer. Hoy tipo 8:30 am la persona que estaba en la caja 4 se porto lo mas déspota que pudría a ver imaginado, la salude 2 veces de las cuales ninguna contesto, hasta que decidí preguntarle si estaba enojada, a lo cual tampoco contestó. Mejor ya no segui hablando y ella seguía con una expresión en su cara que parecía demasiado molesta con la vida. Dato importante seguía detrás de mi una persona Américana la cual saludo y sonrió como debería de ser con cual quier cliente. Como debo llamar a esto? Discriminación talvez.... Solo se que para hacer ahora mis compras puedo ir a cualquier lugar excepto esa y tienda que realmente les falta bastante educación algunas personas.

El ambiente es agradable hay buenos precios, cosas organicas y mucha variedad de productos tanto mexicanos como de otros paises pero al tiempo de pagar uno c demora mas de lo necesario porq el sistema de cobro es muy complicado y tienen q estar chekiando la supervisora las cajas es por eso q le doy cuatro estrellas

This Latin American grocery chain outlet store provided a most AWESOME visit regardless of my American ethnicity. The store is well lit and well stocked. Their meat and bakery departments should be prized for their selection, variety, and quality. They have a deli and taqueria which is likewise. Their prices are typically lower than most grocery chain stores, which was a welcome surprise. Highly recommended when anywhere near this are. For downtown Long Beach it is noteworthy to mention that there is no lack for plenty of parking, something that isnt typical in this area. Go there. Youll LOVE it!!

Decent prices, but the service sucks. Everytime I go, there are only two cashiers working. And whatever you do, do NOT go into the bathroom. It was locked, and when I asked the security guard to let me in, he covered the code as if he was taking money out of an ATM. I thought it would be clean because of that, but no. It was like a crime scene. Bloody toilet paper and trash was all over the floor, stuff was smeared on the walls... UGH. I couldnt even. But they had 5-packs of garlic for a dollar.

This grocery store is really big and in a shopping plaza with Starbucks, Togos, Baskin Robbins and CVS Pharmacy. It is right across from a Metro Blue Line train station, and Bank of the West is next to this shopping plaza once you exit the plaza and start walking on the sidewalk again. The post office is just down the street, and downtown Long Beach is a few minutes away! Also, Ross Dress 4 Less and other shopping is right across the street!

I go here regularly because I find some groceries available for Indian cuisine. They have good collection of fruits and grains. Checkout is sometimes slow because very few counters are activate. Some of the items are cheaper here than the WalMart or Vons . Huge parking space, they also have eating options inside. Staff are sweet and friendly. Quality of the products are reasonable.

Horrible customer service starting for the manager all cashiers and cinthia the worst the lady giving the creams and cheeses . Bad people working there ... Bad attitude for all employes even the security told me the manager is always like that she is always rude

I can eat bomb Mexican food here, pick up stuff to make later, they even got those vegetable juices now. Alot of pan dulce, cheese, meat you cant go wrong. Only complaint is they need more help at the registered. Its a big store, cmon guys!

Great selection, but if you want anything from the deli, be prepared to wait until the 5 or 6 staff on the other side finish doing whatever it is that is more important than giving service to their waiting customers.

Much too expensive for the lack of selection this store has. And for the mostpart,not a very eclectic mix or variety of products either. I was very disappointed at this newly owned and operated store.

Customer service wouldnt be so bad if they actually paid their staff a wage thats suitable for the work they do. Dealing with customers isnt easy. And being paid minimum wage isnt fun either.

Much better prices than Vons and not as much rif raff outside but felt kind of dirty the way they packed meat when sold. Many Hispanic products. Again much better than Vons.
