Horrible customer service!!! I went to the seafood department at 5:20pm on 4/19/16 there was no one in line. I walk up first, and a few Hispanic men came after I arrived. The boy took the men first, looking at them he said "I dont know who came first" and smiled. I was disgusted. The Hispanic men knew the boy was wrong for his actions and said I could go ahead of them but I was so irritated, that I just left. I was very offended. I complained, but this location is so full of employees just out of high school, they didnt seem to care. So I left and drove to Carson to Albertsons to get my groceries. I know it was a long drive, but at least they have EXCELLENT customer service!

As much as I enjoy shopping here not only are the lines always extremely long but I had a cake made for my nephews birthday party and I left very simple instructions to put the characters on and for the cake to say "happy birthday Angel" they did a wonderful job with the cake however the writing was sloppy and his name was completely misspelled and not legible at all. It looked like it said "Amgu" which is totally unacceptable in my opinion. It wasnt even a long or hard name. I thought it would be basic enough but I guess not.

I came into the Market to purchase Dinner for my family and I was assisted by the Manager Spencer. I was beyond impressed by the excellent customer service that he provided. His smile made me feel welcomed, and he was very knowledgable. He had my chicken on time and it was so delicious. I plan on coming often and will always recommend this location to my family and friends!!!! Thanks again Spencer... You are awesome !

I would like to see more choices for the fruit section. Bring in some organic products. The store is not cheap. At the delay the chicken soup was horrible. Some of the staff are not too nice. I am being nice to give this place a 3 seat rating. I only do that because the store is well located. There is plenty of parking and I usually get what I need. The basics. I do want more better choices and friendlier staff.

Im giving them w stars because they took an order for a full sheet cake without 24 hour notice. I ordered 2 cakes that were supposed to be identical. They were not. It was supposed to have the word special but instead it said especial. I wrote it myself so there was no miscommunication. Also thr writing had an acronym in it..once again it was incorrect. It was written as if it was one word. Disappointing.

The store offers some things other stores done. However, knows the size of the stores ability and wht there uttalizing they could offer more to customer. Also, the cashiers r always under staffed with the flow of customers shopping. Which ends with long lines and long waiting to check out. Makes the typical cust. Rethink which store would be fastest, freiendly, easier to go to.

I have issues with the management of this market. How could you "manangement" NOT CARE about my time? In peak hours you need to have the 10-items or less open!!!! Get it MANAGEMENT!!! idiots, my time is valuable. So Im moving away from you. But you management, STOP making ordinary people wait so long. EARN your salary!!

This store was clean and then price was right. When it comes to fresh produce dont go to this store because you will not get here. I went today and the produce was just appling. Grapes brownish and old looking. Lettuce is wilted. I was so disappointed. Never going to one of these store again. I dont recommend it.

I loved it. The employees will help you. I had help with my groceries to the car and there were no long waiting in the lines. Best of all I compared prices with some of the other stores and I got a much better deal more savings.
