After taking three steps into the store, over the loud speaker, a kind voice announces that beverages are not permitted inside the store. I look down realizing I had a freshly opened soda in my hand. Immediately, I turned around and deposited my soda in the outside trash. One might think this was just a routine announcement that they periodically do. Nope. Im a shopper and I spend time and money in stores. I went up and down every isle and never again was the no beverage announcement squawked over the loud speaker. Then at the point of purchase they have this control issue thats almost military. Okay pricing and unique items, but the lurking and control of staff made it a very uncomfortable experience. Theres nothing there I cant live without and I will not be a patron going forward. I should have just left with my soda.

As far as discount stores go, Daiso is far superior to any Ive been to. Its like a Japanese version of The Dollar Tree but better and cleaner and 50% more expensive (worth it). They have everything you never knew you needed and the store is always super clean. If youve never been to Daiso, you are missing out. Did I mention the store is clean? Not only clean but always organized, everything in its place, unlike many other discount stores, as if all the employees have OCD. Its great!

My daughters love this place and I do too. So much variety of cute and useful items that I was not familiar with. In addition customer service is great. The other day I bought 6 porcelain cat figurines so cute which I use them as a thank you gift for some friends and Mrs Noriko took so well care of this items, wrapped them very nicely that I was very happy she did. I highly recommend this store to everyone you cannot argue about the prices $1.50 for most items. Superb!

Fun store filled with discount goods. Most are $1.50, but make sure you check the tags, there are a handful of products that cost more. The selection is great, with many unique and super cute items! There is a small area that sells food - condiments, noodles, etc., but 95% of the store is home goods, party favors, kitchen wares, etc. The staff are very nice, and its fun to walk through and discover novel items!

Really love all the unique things they have here that i can not find anywhere else for this price. I needed a few 10 inch tension rods for a bathroom and looked online on Amazon and found them for $22 plus shipping but here at Daiso they were $1 each. Lots of sizes. I also found a lot of Japanese dishware of great design and quality for a fraction of the cost.

Pros: average price point is $1.50 for almost all items in store and you can often find new and unique items here monthly. Cons: Alot of items get moved around or pulled for seasonal purposes. If you happen to find a chillow-like item purchase as many as you can as this item is often sold out.

It has really cute stuff and everything is nice but I wouldnt recommend the make up if you have sensitive skin, I DO recommend the oil rags and face masks which I have used for 2 years and not had a single complication, again if you have sensitive skin I would be cautious and think hard about it

I came to shop but had a defective product from another Daiso and she refused to accept it the return.. w t h?!? Is that a load of lies or what? The first I heard of a big chain store saying that! Really?!? Not coming back to this location.

Fun place to buy most things for $1.50 each. Like a Japanese dollar store but with most things made in China. Some items cost more. No returns allowed. As is final purchase.
