Tuesday (shown in picture) hates her job. She was ringing up my purchases and comes across a pair of sunglasses and extension cord and tells me they wont ring up. She throws them next to her register and finishes my $200+ shopping cart. She then says "those wont ring up. So you dot want those right?" I said "actually I do. The cord the most its the only reason I even really had to come tonight the rest of this I could have waited for" she says "well you didnt get the correct tag" I said "I dont work here so Im not in charge of tags" she then looks at the next people in line and asks them if they want to wait for me. They look at me and I say sorry I dont know what her issue is. We stand there for 3 mins staring at eachother. Im a Marine I can do this all day. She then turns her light on flash and the guy comes up. She tells him "this entitled guy wants these but he didnt bring me the right tag." The guy then leaves. Comes back 10 min later and says there isnt any other tags on any of them but the ones on the one I have. She then calls a guy named Edwin over. He says the same exact thing the first guy does and sent another back to go look. Another man named Donovan actually in line checking out tries to help us but Tuesday isnt interested. She just tells me I can wait and Edwin suspends out entire cart. 30 mins later The 1st guy comes back with nothing new. Now Im pissed. Edwin says just ring it up under the name of the item and the price. He then gives me this smerk and says sorry. I said youre not too sorry as the first time 35 mins ago you did nothing to help and walked off. He says oh.. Oh sorry. I said no your not but you will be whos your manager. He says he didnt have one hes the manager. On my way out another very tall African American male comes up and say quietly hes not the manager the managers name is Michael call back tomorrow. He told me he was really sorry they they did this to my wife and I . That we didnt deserve all of that game they were just playing. I told him I would call back. Im doing more. Im writing their corporate office. Im also going to let all of my "entitled" friends know about Tuesday and her lack of service. I cant believe anyone would trust someone like her with a broom let alone a cash drawer. If you visit this walmart make damn sure this isnt the person checking you out. Or do so at your own risk.

Worst customer service. Staff is uneducated and have no consideration. They call themselves "customer service"? I ordered some items online totaling $56 I needed to return socks that cost $6. Per the email I received with my order confirmation from Walmart, it clearly states to bring in the unopened item along with the receipt to a Walmart store so they can process the refund. It even states, if you dont have the receipt they will look up your order. Well I went to this Walmart with my item and receipt and they refused to give me a refund, store credit or give me the same socks in the correct size. I spent 45 min there, spoke to two managers and all they said was. Dot com orders are handled differently and I would need to speak to them but because its Sunday no one would be able to speak to me today. I showed them the email where it states I can bring it in and they looked up my order with my order number. They said there is nothing they can do and I would need to speak to dot com. So Basically Walmart lies to their customers when they purchase items online? Guess they cant bring in their item like they clearly state in their email order confirmation? All the customer service people who "helped" with my situation were rude and inconsiderate like they feel entitled because they get to deny peoples returns? The manager Kimberly was extremely rude. When I asked her if I can get the exact same item in my size and do an even exchange, she said NO. I asked if I can get a $6 store credit, she said no. She was not understanding. She was rude along with the rest of the employees. Meanwhile there are people next to me returning online orders no problem. Extremely rude customer service. Horrible place. Horrible company. I will NEVER purchase anything from Walmart again. Online or in store. Waste of time. Ill go to target from now on, where their nicer and dont lie to their customers and treat them poorly. Such a waste of my day. Over SIX DOLLAR socks. Unbelievable

No wonder Costco can be so successful and gotten most of the customers and won most hearts --- they have a strict rule, member satisfaction guaranteed. Their customers service employees are specially trained by their high standard manager, to ensure customers shopping experience pleasant. When you see their highly professional employees, you will know how outstanding their managers are. On the contrary, customer services in this location of Walmart is overly controlled by ruthless low level employees who never went to College -- I have been very shocked that 2 managers got manipulated by their workers and thus they instantly changed their mind and gave up making the right decisions which will favor both the customers and the store. The managers are completely weak in authority, and the workers are too aggressive in getting rid of the managers rights to be rightful leaders. What a shame for them!! Walmart is out of date, it is just hiring stupid, bad intentioned, not obedient persons wearing evil faces and disgusting tones to control their timid managers and to fight with its own no-fault customers for poor quality products. You have lost my more business. Costco and Ross are better choice now. Finally, have you ever seen any Walmart floor workers or managers smile at you when you approach them to ask for product locations or for any other question? Never --- their eyes all look like dead fish eyeballs, releasing coldness and resentment and hatred of their jobs and duties.

I Was very disappointed that they dont have enough wheel chairs available. Then they removed the seating at the front door. They then send you over to pharmacy to sit there to wait for a wheel chair. I must say the door attendant was very courteous and tried very much to accommodate me by stating that he would walk over and let me know when a wheelchair would be available.Walmart really needs to invest in a few more wheelchairs for their customers. Akso Walmart needs put the seats back at the front door so the customer does not have to walk around the corner when theyre in pain to find somewhere to sit. And not only did they not have wheelchairs they didnt even have regular baskets for the customers and people where just sitting around waiting for a basket, in my eyes this is poor customer service. If I could just raise the door attendant he would get a five-star!

Was shopping for a Big screen Television, and a stand to go with it. When I arrived at the section there were 3 employees present. One was a supervisor, I believe. They were having an animated discussion about some scheduling or something of that nature. I went to look at the merchandise and their discussion continued. The supervisor left , and the other two continued to talk about the problem. Finally I walked toward the desk, and one pointed me out to the other. , who acted as if I had just showed up. I asked a few questions about the sets, and if they carried furniture. I got the impression that I was imposing on something there. Later the two walked off toward the warehouse, still discussing the problem, leaving no one in the department. Customer Service? I think not. Need I say that I am not going there again?
