Wow! What an amazing deal I got from the owner! This is a great place! Yes, the guy does not come across with Nordstroms polished salesmanship style, but he is friendly, down-to-earth, and no BS guy. I asked him questions; and he gave me straight answers. Best of all, he sold me two high-quality mattresses for $99 each. The same are $260 at Costco! If you can afford double- and triple-price, go for the style. But if you want a great deal on your mattress, go talk to this small business owner and he will hook you up with a STEAL-of-a-DEAL!

I spent about 2 minutes in this shop and the owner was the most rude person I think I have ever met. He was sooo bad, that I just turned around and walked out. If you like good customer service, this is not the place to go.

Only reason to give one star is that you cannot give zero stars. Sold us a mattress with bed bugs then did nothing to resolve. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
