I called because I was doing job researches in the area. I happen to call this location to see if they were hiring and the Asian Lady who answered was VERY VERY Rude. She treated me like I was stupid or didnt understand in which she was the one who didnt understand my question. I tried calling back to speak to the manager and one answered.. Now my concern is.. Is that how you treat your customers.. Or potential customers??

Bought a quart of their signature ice cream mixture. She didnt even fill it to the top. Hadleys is much better. I complained on their website, she did call me the next morning, but didnt apologize. She told me to return the ice cream and she would refund my money. Why not offer something, instead of wasting ice cream and losing a customer forever?

Tried to go here a few days ago. Came by at 10 mins to closing time that was posted on their window and the doors were locked. Knocked on the door and the person inside hid in the back until we left. If you close at 9, then lock your doors at 9. Dont lock your doors at 845 and clean up from there. I will never go back again.

The man with Dreads (Wears Cap to cover hair) is extremely rude rushes you when ordering, does not hand you your money back drops it on the counter. Been here a few times EVERY time they give you less ice cream than the cup can hold it doesnt reach the top. I will not be back to this cold stones again.

Nice table setting. Normlly we choose to eat out side because airco make it too cold but they gave us a nice table far form the airco, so also friendly service

Its Cold Stone, but a nice one - beautiful fountain outside. The usual large variety of flavors of both ice cream and mix ins, and the typical high prices.

Not cool enough in the store
