Ive been seeing all the hype around the raindrop cake all over social media and was happy to find that this place was selling it. Although it is not the original, it was still pretty good. Zero Degrees sells different kinds of raindrop cakes. They have ones filled with fruits like strawberry and orange along with the plain one, and for the sauces they let you decided between getting black sugar syrup with soybean powder and redbean with matcha. I decided to get the original one with black sugar syrup and soybean powder. The raindrop itself didnt really taste like much, but with the black sugar syrup and soybean powder, it was pretty good. It reminded me a lot of Japanese mochi made with the same thing. All in all, I liked it but wouldnt really go out of my way to get it again. I also decided to get the Mangonada, because it was their number one selling item. This was not good at all. The drink was sour and I was really surprised this was their number one item. I didnt enjoy the drink at all and almost wanted to throw it out. Maybe it was just that day, but I do not think I would get it again. Regretted not getting one of their milk teas instead. In addition, Zero Degrees had pretty slow service. When I came, there was barely even a line, but it took the workers a while to help everyone. Maybe the place is short staffed, but there were times when people were in line and no one was at the cash register to take orders. May come back to try their tea, but did not really see anything particularly special about the place.

The offerings are great but the system is horrible. It takes an unusual amount of time for them to have your order done. Today, it took 43 minutes, after paying, to receive 2 items. Their staff looks busy, but very lost. They bounce around looking stressed out while people are staring at them with sour faces because theyre wondering what the heck is taking so darn long. I must also mention that Ive been there on a few occasions where theyve closed earlier than their posted business hours... on one occasion I got there over 20 minutes before closing time, just to find it closed. That can be very frustrating, especially if youre driving from far away, like I do.

Zero Degrees blew me away with the outstanding customer service provided by a young girl working the register this Saturday evening. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and was just so genuine in providing excellent service. She explained that they use fresh fruit on all their mojito drinks and slushy. We ended up ordering the pomegranate mojito and the watermelon slushy. Both drinks were made fairly quick and we were out of there within 10 minutes. My drink the pomegranate mojito was watered down. I tasted more simple syrup than fresh fruit juice. It was a disappointment as I really wanted to like Zero Degrees. I did not get to try the slush.

Awful customer service. Asked if I could sign in for the yelp 10% off with check-in. The cashier said no but I could do it next time. No stamp cards available either. I asked the cashier if they had stamp cards and she looked at me puzzled. Really?? I should have just left after that. What a rip off. Ordered an Italian Ice and the same cashier messed up my order 2 times and then finally someone else made the order and got it right. Got 2 drinks and an Italian ice for around 15. Can you say rip off? There are a ton of options for boba or Italian ice around this area. I would recommend that you try some place different.

Ive only ever tried their Matchata and it was amazing! If you are a Matcha fanatic, then you will definitely love their Matchata! When I ordered they were very nice and customer service was good. I rated good because I wanted to order mine in a bottle and I assumed they would provide the drink in a bottle since it was shown in a bottle on the menu, but unfortunately I got my drink in a regular plastic cup and it was too late when I saw a small sign facing inwards towards the register that I would have to ask for it in a bottle. Either way, the drink was really tasty!

This place is a must try for those living in the orange county area. Its a really good alternative to Kups or Green Crush. My favorite so far is their chammango custard, its a little sweet, a bit sour, and slightly spicy. Im a little ocd about things I like so Ive not given the other items on the menu a try yet, but Im pretty sure its great as well. Im hoping they expand and hire more people, because the wait is kind of a pain. The price is definitely "American " so Im still looking for a cheaper alternative, but for now Im Zeroitto with a passion

Avoid at all costs! The girl with the red hair at the westminister location needs to be fired asap. We walked in and without even greeting us, she shouts "we dont open until 12!" and turns around, she then proceeded to treat my friend and I like we were a nuisance to the store. Every response was filled with anger and impatience. We left a complaint with the surpervisor who clearly did not know how to handle the situation and came off as clueless. We were excited at first but will not be returning.

I really want to give this place a 3.5 but I rounded it up cuz I like their sundae Ambiance - 4 Pretty nice and new; cant accommodate the crowds though Price - 4 Average for gelato. Although their Thai Ice Tea flavor tasted watery instead of creamy Taste - 3.5 Depending on what flavor you get. I got Taro last time and it was awesome. Very delicious and smooth. Got the green tea flavor and wasnt too impressed with the flavor. Parking can get pretty busy during the weekends and night.

I was looking around to try a mangoneada and found this spot. Reviews looked good until I stopped to try it. First time and the customer service was terrible wife had some questions and didnt get any answers, we didnt even get an offer to try any of their samples. I tried there mangonada and their mango was more like a "slush" very watery and flavor was very artificial. The two star is mainly because of there service.

I wish there was a place like this in Colorado! Best strawberry milk evar! Friend fit the Thai tea which was delicious as well. Friendly staff, very clean and very popular place. The was always someone coming in to order. You can choose with the glass bottle (extra $1.50) or normal plastic cup. They even have water drop cake! This weird jelly like stuff that instantly melts once in your mouth. Come to Denver please!
