I have gone to this creamistry many times since it has opened and I have been saving up my points for a rainy day! Come to realize I am missing 10 points out of 22!! Every time I go there I always elect to pay by card and my card has been charged every time!! When I asked the "manager" about my 10 missing points he stated he does not know! I proceeded to ask him how can we find out he stated he doesnt know! He then told me I should contact 5star... I asked him for the number he said he doesnt know! Im trying to understand how my points went missing as creamistry ice cream is on more of the pricier side, Its a hassle to earn every point I receive!! I did notice that when I put my phone number in the iPad... the iPad still has an option for the cashier to select my profile even once my transaction is over! I believe it is a mistake made by the cashier!!! The manager refused to help me! Maybe because Im black?? He then started to ignore me! I asked for a refund on the icecream I just bought because his service was so disgusting... when I asked him for Creamistry corporate number he responded with an infamous "I dont know google it" horrible service!!!! Until this issue is resolved I will never come back here again and I am going to write a review on every page imaginable! Lundi was the name of the manager!!!!

I was a little meh on this place. Having been to a couple other Nitro Ice Cream places in the past and really enjoying it, whereas this place was just fine. Dont get me wrong, its so fun to pick out fun flavors! But theres were some consistency issues I found odd.... Hubby ordered one of their special creations ($8.95, I believe). It came in a large, clear cup. It had a scoop of mint ice cream on the bottom, covered with chocolate sauce, Oreos and chocolate chips. Then another scoop of ice cream and another layer of toppings. The thing that I found weird was how extremely hard the ice cream was. Like, Im pretty sure it wouldve taken a couple hours to melt. For me, this is a bummer because a love soft, melty ice cream. Thank goodness I ordered a milkshake, so my plastic spoon could actually dig in. I did a cookie Butter shake with Oreos and Reeses mixed in with complimentary whipped cream on top. The shake was $7.95 and each mix-in was an additional $1. Again, this ice cream wasnt as perfectly smooth and creamy and flavorful as the Nitro-shake Ive had before. If I ever went back, maybe Id get a scoop to-go so it could melt on the ride home and then be a bit more enjoyable.

This place is relatively new so it still gets crazy packed so far Ive tried the Fruity pebbles flavor which is literally the best ice cream of all time! But Ill come back to that also banana which was crazy fresh tasting cookies and cream which was again very fresh tasting and lastly some sort of peanut butter flavor which was fresh also but just maybe too fresh tasted like cold peanut butter basically. The Fruity pebbles flavor though really is refreshing and different.

This locations services were 5/5 but I give Creamistry, the company itself, a 1/5. They overcharge for ice cream that takes longer than 10 minutes to make and although they use nitrogen, the taste is the same as any other ice cream but it melts twice as fast. The flavors are like any other place. You can get better ice cream for $5+.

Completely overpriced! AND they dont tell you they charge you another dollar if you choose coconut milk and another dollar for one topping! Seriously? Arent the 3 steps supposed to be one price unless you choose premium stuff? Great concept...awful execution.

Liquid nitrogeb ice cream and staff are great. I ordered the Captains Breakfast which was a little over 9$ bucks and it is perfect for sharing. Floors are clean and not sticky. Great place for dessert and great environment!
