I wish I can give this store a zero or half star. I ordered an Orchid to cheer my wife at 11 AM PDT. Everything is paid for and received an email staying the Orchid will be deliver today. At 420 PM, can home an wife did not receive the order. Call and spoke to a gentleman stated that for Residential, delivery will be by 6 pm. 6, 7 almost 8 pm no call, email from the driver or the store regarding to no or late delivery. I was so unhappy that I decided to head out for dinner instead of waiting and wait. I posted a note outside my door asking the driver to take the order back and Ill dispute the charge with my credit card. What kind of floral service where they cant even honor the delivery. If I knew that they cant delivery within 4 hours that I paid for, there is no point for me to buy it from them. I could just go to local floral store or warehouse store to get it where itll be half price. Please be aware of the delivery time. If you are in a hurry or want to surprise your love one with flower, be prepare to have a late deliver since residential is the lowest priority. Its spoil all the fun about "SURPRISE!!" package to your love one when you have to sit and wait for the order to arrive and guess what, you now have to tell your love one what you are waiting for. For those ordering for GF or BF, dont be surprise the order that you put in the morning to send to your significant other to make them smile will not be there before you are there.

My husband ordered an Edible Arrangement for me on our Anniversary to be delivered to my work. The day it was to be delivered he called around 1 to make sure it would be there before I left for the day. He was reassured it would be delivered by 5pm. At 3:30pm he received an email stating the arrangement was barely being made. Concerned he called again to confirm it would still be delivered by 5pm again he was assured it would be. Not having heard from me he decided to call 10 min to five, while he was still on the phone they told him dont worry it will be there by 5, the clock struck 5 while he was still on the phone and he asked if they could confirm if it got there because it is 5 o clock now. Needless to say I went home without a surprise at work. He received a email at 7:30pm stating the arrangement had been delivered. I work at a nursing home so the front doors are open late, they dropped it off in the front lobby. When my husband called edible arrangements to complain he was told Rose Cart told them it had been delivered at 3pm. Never received my arrangement and I was at work til after 5pm. Incredible the lack of integrity this company has. I will never order anything from them and when ordering on line or over the phone through FTD, Edible Arrangements or any other company I will make sure they do not use this company for any future business of mine.

Over all I was very pleased with this service. I had to find a florist for a funeral, and Im in Colorado so recommendations wouldnt work. I came across a few near the funeral home and this seemed to have the best options for what I needed. The website was smooth and easy to navigate. The prices are good - reasonable. The arrangements are beautiful and not all too somber. The delivery was prompt and polite. My problem is that the flowers werent what was pictured. My grandmothers favorite flower was a yellow rose, I picked the arrangement I did because of the yellow roses. When it arrived... white roses. I realize its not always exactly as pictured, but there wasnt even a way to express to the designer how much I needed the yellow roses. Again, mostly pleased by the experience, and I would use them again, though I would probably do it through a phone call because the website has no space for personal requests or notes to the designer.

Flowers was not delivered at time mentioned by me i.e 0900hrs Even though cell no. was provided but it was also not contacted. timely wish specially on occasion like birthday matters. and i received a mail from them that next time they will give me for free if i order from them , today when i ordered they disagreed to what they said and tried to manipulate by saying that we will give you off on delivery charges . Its not a good practice to make business by fooling international customers , when i went to there site and told them that its written you give delivery for free only on online orders for localite , they said no actually delivery cost is included in the order we dont show it . !!!! this was one of the worst experience i had ever !

I am in the UK and needed some flowers to my wife, visiting the area on business. It was easy to select what I needed online, the flowers were delivered on time, and my wife was surprised and very happy! Good confirmation of order, and of delivery. Ive not spoken to a soul and it all worked. I did write an email to explain the order requirement but it went unanswered, and frankly everything worked fine. All very trustworthy and helpful then, which is important when one is a continent and then an ocean away. Thank you very much.

I ordered an arrangement for a funeral set for Sep 5 at the local mortuary. It was delivered the day I ordered it. The white cut flowers were one of three arrangements at the service. Ours from the Rose Cart was the best of all. It was basic white with a smidgen of slight color. The family was so pleased with this arrangement. I did not pick a web selection but phoned the florist and spoke directly with a very nice man who made the suggestion of what would be good for the price my friends and I hoped to spend. We were SO pleased.

The plant-gift was delivered on time, with beautiful flowers in bloom, in a good condition. Had requested to deliver the gift during a specific time, and they did it perfectly. Appreciate RoseCart for that. However, they forgot to deliver another gift I had ordered along with the plant. So I had to call the callcenter. The representative was polite, apologized for that and got the second gift delivered in the next 10 minutes.

Ali went to great lengths to put together 4 centerpieces for my groups wine dinner. These 4 arrangements set off each table with color and beauty. He spent a lot of time and effort on this and brought ideas to the discussion that fit the theme of the evening. Thank you Ali

I received a beautiful arrangement from a friend and was so impressed with the display I kept the tag/card so I could brighten someones day in the future. My delivery just happened and I received a wonderful thank you from the recipient! On time, no issues, perfect!!!

This place rocks. I went in and found an adorable dog themed set for my girlfriend right away. The owner, Ali was very kind to me. (Some people are thrown off with a girl buying a girlfriend flowers). All in all, this place is a nice mom and pop shop for flowers
