Just terrible! The flowers I was expecting on my wedding day were not what was delivered. Any business of quality would have called me prior to the wedding day to discuss substitute arrangements. Details below... I placed an order for flowers for my wedding about 4 weeks out. I thought we were on the same page as the invoice said "purple dahlias" and I left a magazine clipping for reference. However, an hour and a half before the wedding I received red dahlias and I mean red like the Yelp logo. After my mother and mother-in-law drove to the Flower Basket, there was attempt to make arrangements with the only purple flowers she had in stock but the damage was done. I did return to the store later that week for a full refund, which I received without a single word of apology. In fact, there was an attempt to tell me the flowers I received matched the color in the picture (not a chance) and that I could receive a partial refund (are you kidding?).

Ok, today is Valentines Day. My kids ordered a flower arrangement and had it delivered to me. At a distance, its very pretty - purple daisys, pink lilies and a few roses, only one of which is opened right now. The flowers are curled and browning at the edges and the leaves of the greenery are curled under as well. I left a voicemail with my complaint. A few hours later I had a delivery with flowers in excellent condition and a note stating they were sorry that I was unhappy with the original arrangement. Because they stepped up, acknowledged my complaint and made amends, Im changing my review from "poor-fair" to "good" for quality & appeal and "excellent" for service.

I called this place from out of town and requested a flower arrangement as well as a "Happy Graduation" balloon to be delievered to my niece. I told her I wanted to spend about $60 total. What my niece received was a small bouquet with a "Thinking of You" balloon. When I called the flower shop, I was told that she thought she had grad balloons but didnt so she made the decision to send the other one instead. I told her she shouldve called me before making that decision. Anyway, she gave me a credit for the $4.00 baloon.

Shop difficult to find but they take online and phone orders. Work is exceptional. Flowers always fresh.
