I ordered flowers online for a funeral and had them delivered to a roommate at our house while I was at work. They didn’t arrive till 6pm that night after I called and complained and were nothing close to what I had ordered online. They were completely different flowers, different colors and some of the flowers were dying!! We paid over $70 for something I could have bought at Safeway for $10. We’ve been calling every day since to complain and get a refund/replacement and they will not help us, they just say they’ll call us back on a different day.. of course we never receive a call! We had a similar issue happen with them in the past when my husband ordered flowers for our anniversary with them over the phone. He told them what he wanted sent and when I brought it home from work it was nothing like what they had discussed on the phone. Do not use this florist!

Ordered flowers for my wife while stationed overseas... When I found out my wife got the flowers I called and found out the flowers were not even close to the ones I ordered. The flowers were comparable to grocery store flowers. I paid 70 dollars only to get 10 dollar flowers. My wife was so upset to when I told her and she ended up going down to the florist and the lady was very rude to her. The florist denied a refund and said they were comparable flowers. My wife ended up leaving the flowers on the counter and walking out. Horrible experience from the local flower company Crow Canyon Florist.. they need to be reported because they are ripping people off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I made a huge mistake ordering from them. Im still waiting on a refund and have been going back and forth.

I ordered a specific arrangement for my girlfriend for her birthday and they substituted completely different flowers. Despite the fact that I placed the order over a week in advance and specifically requested that they not substitute any of the flowers, they called me the day of delivery and told me that they were out. After dealing with rude service over the phone I asked that they substitute the arrangement for something similar, but most importantly that they be the same color, her favorite color, and of course they werent even close. STAY AWAY!!!

Terrible experience, terrible customer service, problems with the payment system, I tried to explain the problems I had and both the manager and his workers continuously talked over me and said it was my fault. Denied a refund after they told me my card was declined 3 different times even though the charge went through on my end so I had to order from somewhere else. Would never order from here again, they dont even deserve one star but it was the only option.

Just as Jacob posted below. I wanted a bouquet of yellow tulips. They said they were out of tulips but said they had yellow flowers as well as purple irises. I told them that would be great, just no carnations and I want yellow and maybe a bit of purple and no filler. They sent some basket with white and pink flowers and greenery. It could not have been further from what I ordered.

Great customer service has been my experience with this florist. Susan, the manager, helped me to choose a beautiful arrangement of Orchids and Roses. The arrangement was delivered to my friend today. My friend told me this is the most beautiful arrangement she has seen. Thank you Crow Canyon Florist! I will do business with you again.

Flowers were not delivered. When I called the flirist the indian woman argued that they were delivered yet my daughter was home all day and no deluvery was made to her. Woman hung up on me when I told her to cancel this order.

Spent close to $150 and the flowers were damaged on the edges and looked like they were wilting on arrival. Pathetic. Go somewhere else.
