I went to into this store today intending to do a return w/my receipt. I wanted to return the items because I am becoming more aware of the ingredients in the products that I use. So the items I wanted to return contain cancer-associated chemicals. However, the assistant manager Jose (whom a sales associate said was had just started working there this past Monday, and whom also made me wait on him when I apparently waiting first in line) first told me that I could not return the item since I had purchased the items at another Rite Aid store, he could not take it back. In response to that, I said, "Well, you guys are all the same company, right? Why shouldnt I be able to return these items at another Rite Aid?" Then he also added that I could not return it because I had purchased the items past 30 days. So I asked Jose if he could show me somewhere in the store any sign where it would verify what hes claiming as the return policy. He could not show me any sign. I looked around intently at each of their 3 cash registers & customer service section of the store for some place where it would say, "Store Policies," which would hopefully include the return policy. Unfortunately, there was no sign in sight to show me the stores return policy. I kept on asking him if there was anything he could do for me, like doing an exchange or receiving store credit, but he kept on saying, "No, I cant. Sorry." I know there are other Rite Aid stores who would issue me store credit at least, but this guy just walked off without helping me anymore after that, like he was brushing me off giving me the "go-away, I dont want to deal with you anymore" sort of attitude. He could have at least said, "Well, I cant do anything about this now, but if youd like to speak to the store manager, you can call him at this #..." That sort of response would have been sooooo much more acceptable!! So generally, visiting this store was an upsetting experience. It is just so confusing to see that different Rite Aid stores telling me different store return policies without necessarily really telling me in writing what the actual return policy is!! What is this companys return policy?? Does this just mean that Im just left with these cancer-associated items that I just cant return at all?? These items are still brand new, never used, and I can NEVER return them ever according to Jose? It doesnt seem that this Jose guy has been trained well. At least because of him, I dont like this store anymore.

the African american lady that was here on the 27 of September was giving me so much attitude after i asked for a item acting like it was my business to know where the item was. i never been treated this way by any rite aid worker, honestly i am shocked that this person is working here.

Worst experience: I was buying 5 things that I needed but later I realized one thing is missing and supposedly I didnt buy it but I did. The employees should be focused and not messing someones order (just a tip there , your welcome).

They sometimes need to have more workers in the pharmacy area cause they take along time when they only have 2 worker one working the register and the other working on medicine
