I called in 3 prescriptions yesterday & went to pick it up this morning, only to have the pharmacist say they wouldnt be ready until the afternoon. I went to pick them up & found out 2 of my psych meds had been ready that morning & the pharmacist said she didnt see them... Same doctor wrote the scripts & sent them at the same time & he was very upset that my meds were delayed an entire day. Had to see my Dr. for an emergency dose because I couldnt go back to Vons until tonight. Very unorganized & the new staff doesnt seem like they know what theyre doing. Ive used this pharmacy for 15+ years, but I will NOT be coming here again. If I had an emergency caused by not having the 2 meds they withheld, I would have sued Vons for everything, FIX YOUR EMPLOYEES.

Been filling my medications here for a few months. Staff is friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately after months of filling the same EXACT prescription, 2 medications with 1 refill for both (same Doctor, same RX slip) they failed to notice the refill on one of the medications. I will not be coming back here, and will never leave a pharmacy without checking the medications first. :-(

Switched to this Vons pharmacy from CVS, and it was a great decision! Staff here is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They always have my medication in stock, Ive never had to wait in a long line, but best of all I have not had a single mishap here whereas Ive had quite a few with CVS. So glad I made the switch!
