Best bike shop on the planet. Dave and Gina are sooo awesome. I bought a bike from them and the chainstay broke which was not their fault and was covered under warranty. They handled the claim and even rebuilt the bike NO CHARGE. Really, that is something to ponder. It was a manufacturers defect and they only cover parts, not labor. Yet he re-built the bike for FREE. Dave, again, went to bat for me and got a $1,000 (about 2/3 of the original purchase price) refund worth of a credit towards another bike!!! So I rode that bike (and rode it hard) for 3 years and it cost me $500 net. Another time I took a bike I bought for my wife in because it sat in the yard for about two years and needed to be brought back to life. Wheels were out of round, gears would not shift, flat tires. I estimated it would be at least $100. When I picked it up the bill was $0! I asked Dave how it could be $0. He said, "Well, you bought the bike here and it comes with lifetime adjustments. The wheels were fine, just needed to be adjusted. Same thing with the shifters. Tubes were flat, and just needed air." This is just two examples of numerous occasions where All Pro has held true to their name: They are ALL PROFESSIONAL.

OK, I wanted to get fitted and order a TREK Madone 5.2, and didnt want to "trek" all the way down to iMartin in Beverly Hills. My experience at the closest TREK dealer in the Valley hadnt been stellar in the past, so I decided to head into Simi Valley and try All Pro. Especially because of all the positive reviews online. The result? Quite simply the best bicycle shop experience Ive ever experienced. This coming from someone that started it seriously in 1970. The bike is ordered, and should arrive in a week. Ill post again with what the final fitting and delivery experience is, but so far its been AMAZINGLY positive, they want to do a "whats best for me, no rush," experience! The owner, Gina, is amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend! September 2015 update! I forgot to post after I picked up the bike that Gina fit the bike to me PEFECTLY and astoundingly. Im now entering my fifth year of riding the most comfortable bike Ive ever ridden! They offer lifetime tune ups to bikes purchased there and Dave has been amazing in maintaining my bike for me. I wont go anyplace else. You wont ever regret going out of your way to go to All Pro.

Im surprised to read all these great reviews. Maybe it was my unlucky day. But. I went here about a couple of weeks ago with a flat tire and was also going to ask about a tune up. I had the same experience as the couple several reviews up. The store wasnt busy yet nobody seemed to notice that I was standing at the counter waiting for someone to offer me help. A couple of guys behind the counter were pretending to be busy and a woman was busy chatting with someone about some unimportant stuff. I stood there for about 2 minutes. I felt insulted by being ignored like that and very uncomfortable. Then I turned around and left. I wonder if this would have happened if I walked in with a highly priced bike and all geared up looking like a pro. It just feels like this shop is only for the Pros and if youre less than a Pro youre not welcomed. I only gave the Quality and Appeal a Good rating because I had to choose something and Im not familiar with the quality of their products. As far as the Service goes, you cant even call it a Service.

I have now purchased 4 cycles from All Pro and I will never shop anywhere else. The staff are 100% attentive to you as a rider and making sure you are making the best decisions for to get what you are seeking out of riding. I was looking at a $4K-$5K bike and they would not let me purchase it wothout being 100% sure even telling me to think about or let them order another size just to be sure- that just does not happen. I shopped around and 99% of bike stores will not hesitate to sell you whatever you desire even if they know you might need guidance that would push you in another direction. All Pro does just that- they want to push you in the right direction. A rider for life is made by staff at All Pro.

After going to a store near-by that got good reviews and being disappointed, I went here looking to buy a bike. I have no experience in road bikes whatsoever and Gina went out of her way to make sure I got a bike that worked best for me and a size that fit me best. She paid attention to how I sat in it and adjusted it to fit me even better. She explained every small detail to me and I left feeling comfortable with my decision and a lot more knowledge. She even offered for my husband to bring in his bike (also a Trek) to make sure its adjusted to fit him well. This is definitely the shop my husband and I will be coming to for our biking needs.

My wife and I went to this shop to look for a new bicycle for her. When we walked in, the woman behind the counter looked at us and did not even say "hello". We looked around at the bicycles for awhile and no one came over to ask if we needed help, and they were not busy either. We were clearly being ignored. We figured this was not a place to buy a bicycle and obviously, they were not interested in our business anyway. We will not go to this shop again. There are too many other choices to put up with this attitude.

Gina and Dave are both great. They helped me to resolve a warranty issue I had with one of my bicycles and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The store has a nice selection of accessories at fair prices. I really like the socks and mountain bike shorts I got there. They are also a HUGE supporter of local cyclists and cycling events in Simi Valley. Thank you for bringing the Trek Demo Day to Simi, and your contributions to the two local charity road rides each year. The raffle items and goodie bags were great!

Gina and Dave are two of the most down-to-earth, bend over backwards to make you happy, knowledgeable people Ive met when it comes to bikes. They successfully diagnosed and quickly repaired a drivetrain problem on a friends bike that other shops hadnt been able to figure out. Their free lifetime adjustments on bikes purchased from them is a great deal for the non-mechanically inclined among us. Though I live far away, Ill drive to Simi to do business there (they used to be in the valley, long, long time ago).

I read the other reviews and was surprised by the negatives. I just purchased over $1000 worth of bikes yesterday and have been in the store several times researching. The original sales person was so knowledgeable and easy going that I felt completely comfortable believing what he was telling me. I did confirm all the facts online though. I went back and purchased from them. Although i had no interaction with Dave (mention as a homeless person in the other post) the other folks were great.
