I am very grateful to Simi Bike Works for helping me find the perfect townie that is comfortable and suits my style! I originally tried going to All Pro Bicycles shop, but when I entered the shop, no one greeted me hello. There was a woman and a couple of guys behind the counter, who all seemed too "busy" to ask if I needed any help. Giving the benefit of the doubt I browsed the store for a few more minutes, still no one approached me or acknowledged that I was there. It was very rude and I felt very disrespected. I am unsure if I looked like I wasnt going to purchase a bike or if they just had very poor customer service skills. Needless to say I left shortly after. I looked up bike shops around and came across Simi Bike Works. I entered the store and was kindly greeted by a young man named Ryan. I have never bought a bike so he answered all my questions along with a woman named Pat. They let me test ride a of couple bikes. Pat suggested a townie and Ryan helped me pick out the right one. I ended up leaving the shop that day with a salmon colored Electra Townie. They adjusted my seat to fit my height and best part they had the cutest basket accessory to go with my bike. I absolutely love Simi Bike Works and their amazing customer service skills. I will no doubt come back for all future tune ups, parts, and accessories. Thank you for my beautiful bike!

THE WORST BIKE STORE SIMI VALLEY HAS TO OFFER. DO NOT SHOP HERE! You will either get ripped off, or talked into buying a horrible over seas made bicycle. They will tell you that its the best and blah blah. They are also extremely unorganized and if you are dumb enough to place an order it will not come as described, it will come several days or weeks later than they said, and you can find everything at their store online or find a better bike for a cheaper price at the bike store located on Los Angeles and First St. If you choose to shop here, enjoy being ripped off and lied to. just a word of advice, DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Awesome customer service. Pete, Brock and especially Pat the owner went the extra mile to help me out. I knew nothing about bikes. They answered all my questions. Pat told me what I did and didnt need. So many people want to make more money by selling things you do not need. Thank you Pete, Brock and Pat for the wonderful service.

THE STAFF WAS UNDER AGED AND UNSUPERVISED WITH BAD ATTITUDES. I THINK THE OWNER OR MANAGER SHOULD STICK AROUND AND SEE HOW THERE EMPLOYEES ARE RUNNING THERE STORE.AVOID SINGLE STARS.
