I was there a few days back. The new owner/management replaced all their employees. The new salesperson was really knowledgeable but he tried to sell me a used bike as new and also mentioned that the bike had tons of upgrades to the top of the line components which was a total lie because the bike comes with them as stock components. He also mentioned the bike was used for test rides outside of the store only, not for off-roading. He gave me a great discount on the original price but getting a used bike ("new") got me thinking. I am not coming back there, thats for sure, it used to be a nice place in the past.

Picked up 2 of my bikes that we droped off for tune up, re grip, change rims. These guys are awesome! The bike looked brand new, they cleaned up all the grime and re lubed. All for a very very good price. Rigo, you are the man! He even fitted my wifes bike with new seats. He will help you with everything you need and will go the extra mile to accomodate you. I have been to the other 3 major bike stores in the area, and they are nowhere close to how this guys will treat you. Cycle World is my go to store when it comes to my bikes! Cycle World you rock!

Ive only been here a few times in recent history: once to purchase a bicycle and another time to buy a tube replacement and patch kit. Both times, Ive been warmly welcomed very shortly after walking through the door. The sales rep went above and beyond explaining how to patch a tube. As far as price goes, maintenance parts I bought were about the same price as online if not cheaper.

I had an issue with my gears not shifting right stoped by they took me in right away 10 minutes later my bike was fixed I asked how much for repairs, they told me no charge I had to tell you cant find service like this anymore, Ricardo the tech was great , I will make the drive to continue to come here for service. ....

They dont honor their return policy whatsoever. Staff is not very friendly. They never have anything in stock. They take days to complete simple servicing that should only take a few hours. They lie, they cheat, they steal. Dont waste your hard earned money or time. Find another shop.

Honest salepeople. Bought a bike on deep discount on their annual year end sale. If they dont have it (accesories, etc) they will order it for you without obiligation to purchase it. They know their stuff. Thanks Cycle World.

Their inventory and selection is quite nice. The place is not too big not too small and you still get the feel of a local business. Their website is also helpful in browsing their bikes.
