Customer service is not their priority. I went to the store for a return I was sure the store would accept, I was mistaken. The manager refused to give me the return on a small technicality, one he could have easily over looked, If I had lied he would have accepted the return but because I was honest he did not. I was a few days late for their 14 day return policy, but I had no receipt. Furthermore the product did not work properly. The manager cared more about being a stickler for a minute rule. He could have easily accepted my return, but did not. This really upset me. The experience at staples communicated that they care more about minutae of rules than customer satisfaction. I will no longer do business with the staples franchise. Instead I will support smaller office supply stores, where the customer truly does come first. Small stores know they need customers, while franchises... well... weve all dealt with them...

Horrible terrible place!!! You may have to check your receipt every time to not be overcharged. Yesterday I was asked whether to buy a protection plan for a school backpack(???), and I said no. Back home luckily this time I did check my long receipt of back to school supplies, and I was charged for a protection plan! Today I went to the store to cancel it, and the customer service told me I had to call the insurance by myself. Then I went home and did it online. The online information said it was a protection plan for electronics, and because it was within 30 days of purchase I needed to go to the store to cancel it !!!!!

Oh m,y terrible service at staples! I guess someone really wanted the sale over helping the customer. They gave me wrong information so I would get my computer fixed there, however it didnt need it, and they wanted to charge $160. yikes... Sorry staple...not buying and ...not buying from you.

Went to pick up a notebook and two employees were cracking jokes and look they were happy wit the environment...they made it easy to find my product and got a few laughs too...associate names were mike and leeland if Im not mistaken...kinda hard to forget them lol

Their customer service couldnt be worse. Both employees talk to each other constantly instead of helping customers. I paid, to have them deliver my packages by end of a Saturday, and its end of sunday today and both of them are still in transit.
