Horrible place. Total scam. Stay away when possible. **Believe me. I have a PhD degree in computer science. I am pretty sure those guys know nothing. They are just a joke in computer repair!!! ** I left my printer there. Before I sent my printer there, I asked them if they can fix my printer. They said they can. It is important, since if the printer cannot be fixed, I will just buy some other brand and model. I bought the printer for $99. So if the fix cost is more than 40-50, it is not worth it. They told me that they will evaluate the fix. If it is a simple fix, they charge only $30. A day later, they told me the printer was fixed, and I need to bring the ink to test it. For me, I don[t want to buy any new ink. Because if the printer cannot be fixed, I would rather buy a new one instead of spending more money on the ink. They told me that I dont need to worry, since they have "fixed" it. When I spent almost $60 for new inks and went to the place, apparently they didnt fix it at all. They just use the "clean printer head" option in the menu and thought they "fixed" it. Finally, since the ink I bought cannot be returned. I had to threw the old printer away and bought new printer the same model.

I went on yellow book looking for a repair shop to get service done on my new but used laptop. I had just got laptop and caught virus right away bumber. I called two places both places numbers straight from the yellowbook site on my phone didnt, work out of business. I finally found Micro. I needed somewhere close to my buddys place so we werent to far away. So when I called and the phone rang I was happy. I was thinking the whole time it was going to cost me 200 or more its was only $69 dollars and my laptop is responding faster then B4 I will recomend all my people there and will be back myself. There is alot of good places in Califorina so when you find one you have to Cherish it...Thanks Micro Computers

Run away! Horrible service. I left a laptop to have a broken power button fixed. The next day they told me they had to replace a very expensive part. I agreed paying almost a third the price of a new laptop since there was nothing else to do. The following day they told me the laptop was ready for pick up. To my surprise a day after I got the laptop back the power button broken again showing they not only did not replaced the part but did not say anything or offered a discount on the service. Once the laptop was finally fixed and the part replaced they charged additional for the part they said they would replace in the first place. Go anywhere else.

I chose Micro computers as the place to get my computer fixed because of its location in my neighborhood. I was hesitant to go to bestbuy because of all the horror stories I have read about them. The tech that helped me (Rick) was very friendly and didnt mind taking his time explaining things to me so I actually felt that I understood what was going on. All together the amount the service and parts cost me was were far less then any where else I called. This was reassuring. With having bad experiences at other places its hard to trust anyone. I highly recommend this place for anyone that appreciates personable service and affordable prices.

It has been over 10 years I have been patronizing this neighborhood store for repairs, upgrades, service and advice on technology and they help me get up the learning curve on the latest and greatest in the industry. Its like a family business, not a lot of turnover and they remember my name and my machines and if there is a problem with anything they swap it right out and get me back to work immediately. Most importantly, they have a virtual price guarantee for long-standing customers like me in that I have never paid more than I would at BestBuy or anywhere else for service or hardware upgrades.

micro is great! ive been to see mo noori twice now and the service has been excellent. once i was in for a laptop screen issue and the other when my computer completely crashed. both times moe and his technicians were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. i learned a lot about the various issues i was having and they were happy to answer all my (many) questions. the price was very fair and they resolved both of my problems perfectly. i highly recommend micro.

My computer was almost dead. Windows was not able to turn on. I went to some places and they wanted to change my drive and save the data for a very expensive price ($1,000). I went to this shop and they saved my data and fix my computer for a really reasonable price ($75). Besides, people was very kind they explained me everything and they allowed me to check that my laptop was working ok before paying. Took just half day of work and my computer is working like new!!

I bought the parts to assemble my own computer but could not get it to work correctly. At first i thought it was a faulty mobo so took it here to be tested. Within an hour they had it tested and confirmed it was not my mobo. So i attempted to build again but failed. I brought it back here and they assembled my computer and got it working. Quick turn around great rates and friendly service. I highly recommend going here for any computer problems.

As I didnt know how to fix my old computer, I was prepared to buy a new one when Micro Computers assured me the computer was still in good, running condition and that it just needed some simple maintenance work, etc. They were very helpful in explaining what needed to be done, very timely in getting the work done, and very reasonable in charging for the work done. A definite recommend to anyone with computer issues.

Micro Computer Center is very nice. I needed a new keyboard. They ordered it for me and when I checked online for the price, it was very close to what they charged me. The wrong keyboard was delivered and they were really nice about it. Good people. Thorough explanations and friendly. I chose them because of the reviews on Yelp and had a great experience.

In these economic times its nice to know there is an store like Micro Computer Center. Their main concern is to get your computer needs up and running not to oversell you. They have fast service and a great staff. i brought my computer in and they had it up and running with in 24 hrs and optimized it for its best performance thanks E K

Peter is AMAZING!!!! He managed to pull out ALL my data from a DEAD Laptop!!!! Does the job time efficiently and PERFECTLY!! Im glad I found his place here on yelp =) If you are on a budget but looking for a pro, go see pete for your laptop disasters!
