Walmart is like McDonalds, people dislike the company but individuals are practically forced to go to their locations. I have yet to understand the ridiculous security at the front who stop customers from leaving. Every time I shop at Walmart I am made to feel like a criminal if I dont stop to have my receipt checked when leaving the store. I have been yelled at many times and one was once physically stopped by the guard. The guard said that if he didnt initial my receipt I wouldnt be able to return the product. He continued with saying that if I brought my receipt with no initials on it they may fire him after looking into the matter. This is the most ridiculous thing Ive heard in my lifetime. The employee must have been unaware of Walmarts ID only necessary return policy. Well, either that or he thought Id believe his lie. Being yelled at as I leave the store is no way to expect any customer to return either. The viciousness in their voices and eyes is unacceptable. To rudely yell, "Where is your receipt!" is again, not a way to treat the people keeping a business alive. I can only hope that Walmart seeks their next customer service approach from Apple or Amazon. If they dont seek the advice, Ill be the first one to smile when Walmart stores begin to permanently close.

I had a favorable experience with the Deli department - specifically with Betty who is simply wonderful! She was so helpful, patient and accommodating with a large order I had for a sixth grade class event. She worked with me to figure out amounts that I needed and promptly returned phone calls when I had questions or concerns. Last year I also used this Walmart for another school event in which I met Betty for the first time. She was very gracious and professional at the same time. It was because of that positive experience with her, as well as the yummy food, I came back again this year! Thank you Walmart and please thank your WONDERFUL employee, Beatriz Cervantes!

muy amplio parqueo, pero el servicio de las registradoras es muy lento aunque hay una sección de auto cobro.. si encuentras un precio erróneo es decir el precio en caja es mas alto al que decia el letrero no te lo dan al precio que decis el letrero.. el personal no es amable

The front end "manager" should not be employed here. I went to purchase an item that was on the shelf with a clear price marked, turns out something had happened with said item and it could not be sold. Another employee came up and admitted that he had accidentally put it out for sale, at which point the front end manager belittled me for saying it was a mistake on your part, how do we make this right? Her response was to shop elsewhere. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, and I will NEVER be shopping at another Wal-Mart again due to this "manager."

Horrible customer service. I shopped here this morning to later find out my car had been towed for being parked in "private property". They simply assumed I was with the large group of people attending the Paul walker memorial. I asked to speak with a manager and she simply told me that it wasnt their problem.I found this very rude and unprofessional. I have been a loyal customer here for over 20 years. I DO NOT recommend anyone to do their shopping here.

Its a Walmart, exactly what youd expect. After shopping for the first time this week at the one across town, I definitely like this one better. Its bigger, has wider spaces between shelves, better lighting, better nursery, better grocery, more parking and more check out counters. I dont expect exceptional customer service, its Walmart. The cashiers at both stores are pleasant, but if you want to find something in particular youre on your own.

Ive worked here for 5 months now. I have had open availability and worked my butt off for full time hours but im a part time employee while not being able to spend time with my 15 month old son. Yet i get fired because i cant leave my house for an event that closes my whole road down which is the ONLY way i can get to work. Hard work and sacrifice is nothing in this walmarts eyes.

Walmart does not have as nice experience as Target but I like it because of their price(Not everything is cheapest, some are more expensive compare to other place). But overall it is cheap and has nice variety of products. I can get my grocery shopping done here. I like self check out because it is very fast(Less line to wait) Yay! Finally they have set up self check out area!!

Five stars for large selection (big store--with grocery section). Prices are okay. It can be difficult to find a parking spot near the entrance. As for all stores since the new law banning plastic bags, be prepared to pay 10 cents per "reusable" bag (bring your own). Pleasant lady at exit may check your receipt. Overall a good experience.

I work at this store, and Im part of the overnight remodel team. The remodel started on August 21st 2017 and is due to be completed November 10th 2017. We keep the store very neat and tidy and most of the major work is performed when the store is closed so dont worry about anything ruining your shopping experience!

I liked this walmart because it was clean and since it is walmart cheap but the staff was also very helpful. The movie area was being reset and tye guy there didnt know his movies weel because I asked him about a specific movie and he said they didnt have it and I found it when he said that they didnt have it

My husband is on crutches and I have a service dog and they were extremely accommodating and polite. Made sure my husband got a wheelchair as soon as he walked in and there were plenty of employees around if we had any questions or needed help. Giant and clean parking lot and pretty easy to get to location.

This is the cleanest Walmart I have ever seen. That speaks volumes about the management and staff of this Walmart... and volumes about the others. Walmart should require all other stores to uphold the values of this one. You shouldnt have to feel like wearing a Kevlar vest to go shopping.

I love this Walmart, its nice and well maintained which is hard to say for many other Walmarts in Southern California. It also has a very fleshed out grocery section that I appreciate. Overall, definitely not the type of Walmart that people love to hate on.

The store always seems to have enough checkers for the amount of customers that are in the store. Unlike other Walmarts in the area.. the downside is its a smaller store so quite often they are out of or just dont carry the stock of the larger stores.

Have been shopping here for years, have never had a problem (other then when they were filming, that was a little frustrating). The staff have always been very nice and helpful. I havent used the customer service yet, so I dont know what it is like.

This Walmart is horrible. The woman at the self-checkout stand was lazy. And people were too slow in the Express checkout lane. Dont go there Walmart is the worst. Plus The Waltons are a greedy Rich family dont shop at Walmart.
