was a great store but (ever since they hired new manager dark hair lady name Julia and new lady at the cash register older and never smiles) their customer service and honesty is going down the hill. Almost every time now they are trying to sell me kids stuff for the price of adult. Last time size 14 girls jeans, lady was trying to convince me that iss adult size 14. When I asked her if she saw adult size 14 jeans, she responded If you dont want it , dont buy it". before that was size Large teens t-shirt by Princess Vera Wang. " princess" is a teen clothing from Vera Wang, why would you try to convince me as a customer that this is adult size? Today my patience blue up as she was telling me that size 4-5 tshirt is an actual dress. and in response to my complain she compared it to size 3t dress and the length was the same DUH!!! the difference is 2 years! what is going on there

This is a pretty good Goodwill--Ive found a few pairs of nice womens jeans (Seven for all Mankind, Hydraulic) and a good belt, and my fiancé found some tshirts that are practically new. Theres no dressing room because of problems with shoplifting, but they allow you to exchange things if they dont fit. Id recommend stopping if youre in the area, but dont make a special trip.

I Found the store to be neatly organized although the prices are very high. The products are not in good repair have many stains & tears in clothing. Neither the air conditioning or cash-register were working under very hot humid conditions. Not a place I would return to or recommend . Im referring to the store on Hillcrest drive near Moorpark Rd. in Thousand Oaks.

I like this store. I dont go very often due to it being quite busy almost all the time. I dont blame a lot of people for going here; $6 for a nice pair of dress pants and $5 (I think) for button down shirts, you cant beat that price. Overall this store is awesome. The only downside, and a very small downside, is there are usually a lot of people that shop here.

Great place to donate items. Polite and efficient staff. Used to donate to Salvation Army in Newbury Park, but when they literally yelled at me for trying to donate clothing right after closing, I decided it was not the place for me.

Too bad flavia, you expect too much at a thrift store. Lots of good stuff and employees are very nice. I bought lots of very good stuff at a low price. Even a $2,000 very very large roll top desk in xlnt condition for $150.

This place sucks... Awful employees, dirty gross items. Just do yourself a favor and AVOID ALL GOODWILLS ENTIRELY. They are NOT non profit and they dont even give their employees medical insurance or a discount. Eff that.

Perfect place to drop off my kids old clothes and pick up a cheap dinner jacket if the occasion merits. Also a decent selection of books, cds, and house wares.
