Poor service at the customer service desk. I ordered something for pick up. The date said Id have to wait a week. Whatever, I decide I can wait until Friday. The date comes and passes, no update on the shipment tracker. A few days pass and the tracker finally shows my item has arrived in the store in the morning but had not been processed for pickup. I thought, alright thats good. I have a 10 hour day at work and then when I get off my item will be available since all they have to do is process it now that it is physically in the store. 10 hours pass with no update on the tracker. Ive worked in a retail market before, so I know that even though it says it isnt processed, the employee will see that the item was already passed it expected delivery date by a few days and know they can go out of their way to help. That wasnt the case, the employee was condescending towards me for me suggesting she go check the back since I knew it was in the store. She said there was nothing she could do. Ive learned my lesson, not dealing with this location ever again. Also, Im much more critical as Walmart as a whole. Extremely unsatisfactory experience.

When I went in today, I looked for a hand-basket: there were none--so, I just carried my seven or eight items. When I was done shopping, I saw that there was one lane open, with six or seven people in it and an elderly gentleman as the cashier. There was no one else in or near the checkout, so I went to self-check (which I hate due to technical problems and the fact that they should be using people and not machines), and I needed assistance on one item, so I waited for anyone else to come by. After about five minutes, I started walking around to see if there was anyone I could at least ask about this problem. Everyone I did ask either had no idea what was going on in the checkout, or didnt even know the managers name when I asked. Walmart claims to be such a great bargain and a price-slasher, but yet the Walton family is worth upwards of $130 billion. Odd how that is.

Great Prices - Sketchy Atmosphere. Many items I typically buy at Ralphs were a dollar or more less here. Their regular every day canned good prices ($1 or less each) are the same as (or better than/Ralphs/Vons/Alberstons sale prices. They do not have the same selection of "healthy" (low fat, low cal) items - but for staples like cheese, soda, bread, their prices beat the other chains by quite a bit. The atmosphere is depressing (concrete floors, filthy carts) - but its worth it to save about $15 per bag of groceries.

One lady working the store. Lines backed up like crazy and the self Checkouts were all backed up waiting for someone to come login and fix them. The checker working finally flagged down the cart guy who went in the back to find some manager to log in and clear the self checkouts. No excuses or even a hi. Otherwise its a nice store. Just need to hire enough people to run it.

Walmart Neighborhood Market isnt Gelsons or Whole Foods. But I do a good bit of my shopping there because the prices are very low, the store is clean, and well-stocked and management is very responsive. They have a lot of organic food in produce and on the shelves as well. No salad bar or huge deli where you can pick up dinner but for what it is, I give it four stars.

Only come here if youve got time to kill. The staff is friendly and helpful, but it takes forever to get checked out. They ask you how many bags you want. How the hell am I supposed to know that? Put my stuff in bags and charge me the 10¢ per bag Commiefornia is taxing me.

Most Walmarts seem to be dirty, cluttered, and most everything is in spanish. This one off Ventu Rd is clean, merchandise is not strewn on the floors, and everything is in English. They have so much in a variety of needs. Their produce and food depts are excellent quality.

Probably the best Grocery store Ive been in the the last few years. Well arranged, stocked, helpful employees. Prices are ridiculously low. Two of the managers there were really helpful Nery and Tina and Adam had great attitude he helped me at the register. Cool place.

Pharmacy staff is lazy. Did not check the voice mails to fill the prescription.When I went there, I was told that there is no prescription and after reaching home , I got the text about that. They should respect others time.

Its a nice store...people are nice...prices are good...its not crazy crowded and clean...note if you have the newer credit card with chip...at self checkout you have to insert the card under the credit card reader...

Luv this store. Everything u buy at Ralphs or Vons is even cheaper here! Clean store and good selection as well. One down side is its always busy so the lines can get long, but this is a great place to shop.

This place has the worst pharmacy, I have ever been too. They have multiple systems in place with names and their staff gives incorrect information. Do not use this pharmacy. The store otherwise is great.

Great place to pick up some groceries. Normally pretty quick/ in and out/ kind of place. Nice staff in the pharmacy department. Always going the extra mile. I give 5 stars to the pharmacy staff!

Clean store with helpful staff. You may have to wait a long time if purchasing liquor from the locked up area. Usually not too long of lines to pay especially if using the self checkout lane

Great store for groceries. This is not a Walmart that sells other household items but if your looking to by food, can goods, meat, and produce then your at the right place. Great prices!

A little off topic but on the point

It was a clean store with friendly associates. It wasnt very busy when I went in. The store was very tidy and things were in the right place. Just missed the deli because it was closed.

Its got sales and decent prices and its strictly good store and shampoos, hair make-up & bathroom and essentials but does sell in bulk. Its off Ventu Park Rd. Across from Ralphs.

If you bake, this is the cheapest place to get flour, butter, oil, milk, eggs. Everything else is not really that cheap. The liquor/beer selection is bad. The meat looks scary.

Good prices and selection. I sometimes wish for another checkout station to open because there are lines, but overall a clean store and good experience!
