Big location, better selection than the outlet mall in Gilroy. Obviously selection is better online but these sales in store were generally better. You have to compare though - not all shoes were cheaper at the outlet unless you can take advantage of a special such as buy one get one at 50% off.

Double standard on corporate discount, some managers says no need for bringing printed coupon, some says they need. Waste of time as I didnt got the printed coupon and come on in this era why wasting papers just scan bar code for coupons...terrible experience.

Bought new shoes on Saturday and went for a short walk. Noticed them tearing so I came back on Sunday to return them. No refunds because shoes were "not returned in the same condition" ? Was given store credit.

The girls here are really helpful and go above and beyond in helping people find what they need. This is also a big store with more selection than the neighboring malls and also cheaper.

Parking was ok, store was clean and sorted out. Isle are tight and with no room to try out shoes or places to sit and try. Register was attended but otherwise staff was scrace.
