I love Red Wing, but this branch needs new management. The owner here is a sexist jerk, and I mean old school women belong in the kitchen, the men are talking here level of sexism. I came in looking for steel toe boots for my work, and he would not address me at all, only the guy I was with. Every time I asked a question, he would turn to my friend and talk directly to him, never to me. I asked if they had a few of the mens boots in my size (because I didnt like the selection of womens shoes) and he proceed to tell my friend that they dont make mens shoes that small, the closest size would be in boys but why would they make work boots for them, also that I could do actual damage to my feet by wearing mens boots. He picked up a boot off the display, put it next to my foot to show what he was talking about, and continued talking to the guy I was with. I picked up the shoe, put it back on the shelf, and he DID IT AGAIN, not once addressing me. I will never go back to his store again.

The store was incredibly busy when I was there. The owner was the only one working and never once did he raise his voice. He showed everyone respect, waited on each customer, stayed well beyond closing until everyone was serviced, and went above and beyond his job duty. Thank you.
