Worst customer service and store experience ever. First, the shoes are stacked up high and they expect customers. to climb up themselves and get em, coz there is no help in entire store. The only ppl in store are busy at register. Second, there is nothing in the wntire store to try your shoe on. On yes, mot even an effing stool or chair to sit and try a shoe. Oh, and did i mention about the girl at register with attitude mile high. Coz when i inquired her about a certain size of shoe, she told me rudely to go away coz she gotta ring the customers waiting in line to check out, and after supposedly making me wait for like 20 min when she did got free from register and i approached her to help me, her mile high attitude showed up on her face as if she got offended for being asked to help. And all she did was accompanied me and said .. "we dont have the size". She smirked and said " it is what it is, we dont have it , we dont have it". I have had enough and so I just thanked her for help and walked away. But honestly, it was the worst store experience ever. I think skechers want to make any sales, they better check and improve upon the customer experience by getting rid of such an abnoxious staff.

Very unhappy with the shift manager Monique. When i got at the store @8:15 he metal fence was half way closed .At 8:20 pm the manager came over to tell me they are closing in 20 min ( they supposed to work until 9 pm) they closed completely @8:30 pm I asked her for a certain size she told me right away she does not have it. Did not bother even to check. I asked another girl and she was able to find it in the back. When i finished the with the purchase I explained to her what bothered me and instead of understanding she got rude, ignorant and defencive.insisting she did not do anything wrong. The other two employees were pretty nice.

Racist staff. Rude manager asking me if it was my mess for somebody else,s boxes. Going to report these guys to BBB. All piece of junk staff here need to be fired sketchers if you are listening. Sketchers you will soon have a lawsuit on your hands if you treat pregnant women like this. Avoid this piece of junk store for the staff. Not sure if these guys are even trained by sketchers to treat customers respectfully. We were told that they are looking forward to read my review here.

Very attending staff. They assisted me every time i need it. The thing i noticed was customers who were leaving big pyles of shoes in every spot they stop to try shoes. I consider this very rude. Is not that hard to put stuff you have tried back in place. Hard for employees to attend customers and cleaned other messes.

You can learn here HOW NOT to behave to a customer. One of the WORST staff I have seen in entire US, they have no respect or consideration for anyone and treats people like TRASH

Very rude staff. Monique the manager is even worse. Not a welcoming place. We pay them but it seems like they are doing us a favor. Never going there again.

Place is usually very busy and deals going on. No place to sit and try out shoes which blocks isles and makes for a poor experience.
