My DSW review. What I Learned going to this Arden DSW store is you Cant buy class and also you cant label only blacks as ghetto or ratchet people. The reason I say this is because the so called manager that was managing the store on a day I went to pickup some shoes. The woman and I had an loud altercation with words at the checkout table. This woman yelled, argued, and acted so ghetto that I was like wow !! Really ?! I had to look at her as if she lost it !! Like what mger yells at a customer .?!. Looking at her like did you forget you were in a store ?! Her customer service was bad,nasty, and garbage !! Her being professional just went out the door. She treated me as if her husband ran off. Left her to be with me and took All her money including the dog and gave it all to me on live media. I mean she was Very Disrespectful !! For no reason. Being in the store I noticed the store seat had some stains on a stool. Women stains if you know what I mean. Im wondering looking at the stool i tried my shoe on looking down at it. Like couldnt she have moved that specific stool to the back until you could afford new or a Cleaner one .?!." Because if I can see that on the stool. I know other customers have seen it too !! Also the carpet was Very nasty too !! (I mean Dirrtyyy !!) I order online store pickup. The shoes were already in the store. I went to pick up at checkout. I looked at the shoes to try them on to see if i could fit them perfectly.The shoes were Black at the bottom. I said I dont want to pay for a used shoe. I wanted a Brand New shoe. She goes on to say "oh this shoe is brand new. It looks like that because ppl tried this shoe on in the store." Im like ewwww well I really Dont want this shoe !! Yall carpet is this dirty where as the instore Try on shoe is Black at the bottom ?! Nah Im Good !! No Thanks !! I guess that made her feel some type of way. Im like if your the mgr handle your store better !! Call the carpet cleaner to clean the carpet so the display shoes can stay clean and New Looking !! When ppl want to buy a shoe they want it brand new and Clean Looking !! Dont nobody want to be paying for a brand new shoe with black at the bottom. Or atleast I dont !! If I wanted a dirty or used shoe I can go to goodwill, a second hand store, or the thrift store. They need to step it up at that branch. I paid $400 plus dollars for the shoes and they Need to be All the way Right if Im going to be paying that much !! The Mgr Kim H. Or whatever that Mean ghetto mgrs name was needs to do Better,be Better, and Become Better. With Better Customer service and keeping the store Clean for paying or All customers visiting this store !!

Been here a couple times now trying to find shoes. I havent once been successful with finding my size or specific shoes I was looking for. Ive given up trying and will stick to Amazon.

Its here! Its next to Best buy.. And as you enter you go up some elevators and the store is on the second floor. Decently big selection. Good prices
