My grandfather who is recently widowed and speaks no English went in to this location last month. Hes 84 years old and was his first time shopping alone for shoes he was helped by a young lady who worked there who brought the biggest smile to his face. He hasnt been very happy since the passing of my grandmother but the girl helped him and conversation with him even carried his bags to his car for him. He was so appreciative of her I wish I knew who she was so I can thank her as well she doesnt know how happy her actions made him

Nice shoes, big place, no one to assist in the floor, i had to walk out. Cashier didnt acknowledge my existence even though i stood by the side of the counter and gave her space until we walked up to her cutting the line. Took name of shoe, will order from Amazon, smh trying to support brick and mortars.

This DSW location didnt have as much diversity in selection as other locations, however they did have a lot of shoes for the current season and almost all sizes were stocked.
