The women I spoke to on the phone clearly was busy and didnt give me her full attention. Even admitted it to me. She was not helpful or clear. Her wording made me feel like I was a criminal. I had ordered something online to pick up in stores. Im going on a trip and I needed the item. I asked if I could take it from the floor. She responded, "I just cant let you walk out with merchandise. Thats not how it works." This makes me sad because I really like Jcrew but this customer service was bad and I do not like how I was treated. Communication about pick up orders should be made prior to purchase. I also shouldnt be treated like some thief when I ask a genuine question. Phone call made- Wednesday September 6th at 11:20am
