I love this store. Every single person that works here is so helpful and kind. I go here a lot because we live in walking distance and they never mind my kids when theyre inside. We dont always buy anything but that doesnt matter to them, they treat us just as well either way. I had an issue with a particular pair of shoes shortly after I bought them and they were kind enough to exchange them. This speaks volumes about their customer service to me. They dont just fake a hello and pleasantries, they actually care about the customer and the quality of the shoes (and other items) they sell. I get my kids shoes here, my husbands shoes and my own. I feel very lucky to have Blends in my hood. Thank you, Humberto (store manager) and all of your staff! You guys are the best!
