Not that I shop for shoes a whole lot (once a year at most) but I went in with my lady recently and found a pair of shoes I liked and ended up buying. My lady however had found a pair of shoes she really liked on their website and the website said they had them in stock at the store but when we got there apparently the website was wrong and she had to order them anyway. She also had been given a $20 off coupon but apparently those expire extremely fast so it was void.

I love DSW! This location is very large and has do many different styles & options. Some of their brands arent the best quality, so thats the downside to buying cheaper shoes. Theres other brands I buy, however, that are lower priced and last longer, so I guess it depends. I like the rewards program they offer and have gotten several certificates to redeem. Overall the prices are decent and they have a huge selection. This is one of the only places I go to buy shoes.

Shoecollection is ok, staff was helpful. They helped in ordering a shoe size that was not available. Ladies shoe collection was vast compared to mens.
