I generally bring my business here but as soon as they hired the new lady in the print center. I no longer feel like I want to bring my business to you guys because of the amount of rudeness that I experience each time she i go in there. It puts me in a bad mood as well as the rest of the customers. I could tell the other customers in there were a little irritated with her attitude as well.

Dont buy from OfficeMax. I bought their toner for my HP laser printer. Half way through the cartridge, the print quality turned to s**t. When I called them to honor their 100% guarantee, they wouldnt take the three cartridges back even though I had spent $11429.68 with them since 10/21/00. I wont do business with them again and I certainly will buy only genuine HP toner.

Don , the manager is awesome his number one priority is that you leave his store a satisfied customer. He has helped me with business needs and personal. Is a is also great when he has helped me and very attentive to detail and doesnt just tell you what you want to hear. I could keep going on about this store but you will not be disappointed if you shop here.

The lady at the printing office Christine is one of the rudest people I have ever met. She made me feel terrible for absolutely nothing. She mightve had a bad day but she took it out on me and I did nothing but act completely nice. Will never go back and taking my business elsewhere.

Very incompetent! I had called ahead of time to inquire about a service, and when I came to the location not only was the service was not available but they were rude about it. Total waste of my time!

I usually choose the copy department if I have time for the drive. I trust them to ask questions, let me know if there are problems with my order. I have never been disapointed with their service.

Overpriced compared to online. Staff is friendly and helpful but the place is usually understaffed. Print department is reliable when Alexis is there.
