Not a bad place at all, about what youd expect. You could more or less pick "Generic Office Store - 1ea" out of the giant catalog of shops, and youd have the Wenatchee Office Depot. Which, I suppose, is precisely what I want when I go to a big-box office supply store. Dont expect any particular knowledge from the employees outside of where items are in the store, and take their input on products with a large grain of salt. Again, more or less what you would expect from a standard big-box store of any stripe. They have a decent selection of most everything youd want, provided you are not excessively picky about brand, etc. They advertise price matching with online sources, but the qualifiers are so stringent that good luck getting them to actually match a price. If youre after tape, a ream of paper, or the other stuff youd generally expect at an office supply store, this is a good stop! I use it regularly, since it is convenient, relatively close to my house, and is open late enough to fit my schedule nicely.

I went into the store to purchase the desk but they were so short staffed that I waited around for a half hour before leaving. I purchased online and picked it up in person. Open the box and the desk is damaged! When I called to resolve the issue every staff member was short with me or so unhelpful that there was just silence on their end of the call. Finally talked to Frank (manager) who offered me not only replacement pieces, but a partial refund for the trouble... Awesome... except when the pieces came some were damaged and some were for a totally different desk! At this point Im exasperated and I just want my desk. Also, what kind of business doesnt have voicemail for their managers? Every time I call I have to leave a message with a clerk and hope the message gets to the manager with some urgency. If anybody at Office Depot is reading this... PLEASE call me back and get me the desk I paid for. It has been almost two weeks since initial purchase.

First call for suport and they hang up on me .Second call,they hang up on me.third call and the manager fully backs his emlpoyee and treats me like crap!Worst costumer service i have ever encountered,very rud.I was told i was not smart enough to understand then when i told them i did the Microsoft course and i am somewhat computer savvy,they told me i was to smart for them to help me.The thing is they never gave me ANY directions @ all.And i paid for the 60 days tec support.They ALL refused to give there name,

For an office store I felt the selection was lacking, trying to find help is always hard. I actually had an employee argue with me about having an item in stock. He actually said they had never carried said item. It wasnt until I opened Office Depot on my phone and gave him the upc to look up that he stopped and took me to A whole Ill dedicated to just that item, this wasn the fist or last time this has happened at this location.

I just phoned in and asked to use our debit card to pay for something a friend was going to pick up for me... I was told that "I cant do that, my manager wont let me take debit card information over the phone." I asked for the manager and she was GLAD to help me out and the entire process only took 5 minutes to complete! GREAT experience, GREAT service, FRIENDLY & HELPFUL manager.

Prices are steep. The service I got at the copy center involved a wait but once addressed the attendant was competent and quick. I just think customer service is hit or miss and Office Depot prices usually kill it for me.
