They sold me a computer not compatible with the needs a described. I rarely left after less than 1 hour for the computer issues. Took 5 visits before I returned everything. Now dealing with the Print department. They have done other jobs for us and do not keep the specifics of ie) the label sizes they previously printed. They were back ordered and then didnt complete the order when promised. Said they didnt know the sizes. 40 minutes later, I called from home with the sizes. They promised ready by next day. Called next day, and the sizes were never passed on to the next clerk so still not ready. This is the 4th delay on this issue. Clerks are over worked (not enough of them?)
