I dropped off my HP All in One computer to have a virus removed, and have virus protection installed. I dropped it off on Wednesday and they told me it would take 3 days to finish the job. I went in on Sunday, 5 days later, and it still wasnt ready. The store manager, Miguel, (very nice man by the way) told me they are trying to hire more Techs because of the work load. However, a woman employee told me they cant find people who want to work part-time. Also, I had 3 email messages from Microsoft that someone had tried to access my email account while the computer was in the shop. I gave the IP number to one of the Tech employees to see who the IP address went to, and it was from Staples. So why were they trying to access my email when all they needed to do was add an anti-virus and remove a virus?

Service was terrible. I had a gal who did not know a thing. Token gal I guess. I had bought a Cannon piece of Junk all in one printer and the double pack of ink. Problems with it, the rude gal said unless I paid their high price for their extended warranty I had to mail it back east for $45. As for returning the ink she would not. I asked her what other printer used it thinking to buy one rather than hassle with this good one with a minor problem and her answer was Duh I dont know. No options, no help. 3 people standing around doing nothing. Bottom line unless you buy their extra warranty they wont even consider helping you. I will never shop there again. I am out for the printer and $54 for ink, that fits nothing. it might not have stung so bad if they at least acted like they cared. Walmart from now on.

I came in to buy an inexpensive bluetooth headset about 6 weeks ago , the assistant manager talked me into a unit that cost around 90 bucks, last night it died. I went in this afternoon and they refused to exchange it or return it. I told them amazon has lower prices and returns things with no hassle when items are defective. Staff was polite yet completely unhelpful, I encourage all small business owners to steer clear of this store when purchasing expensive items. Very disappointed with the corporate attitude Im a small town. It probably doesnt matter as wall mart will drive them out of business soon. Very disappointed A--town business owner.

Staff is so friendly when I walk in, hello, good morning, how are you. If I need to find something I dont have long to wait, someone is always available! On the rare occasions that the line is super long, the cashier apologizes for the wait, doesnt act like its my job to wait in line like so many other stores do. The one time I had a problem with my laptop, (luckily I bought an extended warranty) the operating system had been corrupted. They somehow extracted all of my family photos and my school projects, redid the system, and I was back up and running within 3 days. Love the Atascadero store! I drive from San Luis Obispo just to come here.

Went online and purchased Business Cards. The cards were great! The service was terrible. Waited over 15 minutes to be helped. The manager was up at the counter visiting with a personal friend. She failed to see the line in the print section and then also the line at the front counter. When she finally decided to get to work she helped her friend at the register and continued to converse with her and told other customers someone would be with them soon. One person in the print and copy section working. Bad store.

Staples print center is on the money. They had printed some menus we brought in from another source. We noticed there was an item missing. I went in and talked to Megan. She was so helpful fixed everything that we needed and reprinted the section that I needed in 24 hours. The price was much cheaper than I could have had done anywhere else. I have found a great print source.

I have used this Staples location since it opened a few years ago and the contrast between the other managers store performance and the store now is amazing ... Ms.Silva has coached a team of younger folks to drive for total customer satisfaction ... Wow

Just outwardly a warm and friendly person I have never felt such gratitude towards any employee before. Overall just wonderful experience. Thank you staples, Thank you Robert.

Very unhappy with the mail in rebate. I did everything right and it was rejected all points that were done correctly. They are trying to cheat you out of the discount. Not honest. Not real happy with the store as well. Offered nothing for my efforts.

Bad customer service. The printing department should have their prices up and be more organized. The women that helped me stopped in the middle to go on a lunch break, creating confusion between me and the new person thats helping. Prepare to wait.
