The worst Starbucks Ive ever been to Ive been coming here for months every single day and the workers there have been undercover very rude to me most people wouldnt notice but I do then recently they lied to their manager and said that I started a fire outside and I was very rude to them so I was 86 today I could not believe this the manager did nothing to see what happened from my end all she said was they have the right to refuse service and they kick me out I cannot believe Starbucks allows them to treat customers this way I go there every day and spend at least $5.25 I really hope I hear from the district manager to see if I can get this situation handled properly because what they did to me is unacceptable especially when they are tainting the Starbucks name I have many friends in the community especially PD and the fire department I am going to tell them all about what has happened here along with all my friends and family and no one will be coming back the manager especially is unbelievably unprofessional I dont know how she got this position she did not even want to hear what happened or how theylied and slandered my name saying that i started a fire with my cigarettes what kind of manager does that no one i know thars for sure it was like she enjoyed kicking me out shes just an evil person and then until if allthis she had the nerve to say she was sorry when Im sure even you can see that she was not. I wouldnt be surprised if she lies as well to cover thus unexceptable behavior ibwill not let the few emoloyees n manager get away with this as u have ) been in contact with corp HQ and the district manager who is very niif I were you I would go somwhere else go there trust me youll be much happier! This is sad too bc almost all the staff there is great and very friendly so we got along great n had many nice conversations. I hope this helps and you go somewhere else because I know that when I go to get coffee its usually to brighten my day not put a damper on it!.. and theyre Starbucks within 2 miles eadh direction. A great "neighborhood" Starbucks. The coffee, the food, the service - its everything you have come to expect from a Starbucks. If you like SB coffee and goods, theyve got it. If you dont, well... its Starbucks. :) The Location: This one is a winner. Its in the neighborhood shopping center, and on the end of it, with a little side lot so you can avoid some of the chaos of people going for groceries, etc. They have about four nice patio tables on the sidewalk, so you can sit outside with your dog and enjoy a cup of brew in the fresh air, or go inside on a hot day. Its also just down the block from the school - so if you are dropping your kids off you can detour right in! Atmosphere: Its your basic Starbucks. Clean and the employees are nice, but nothing thats going amaze you - or let you down. In short: A great stop for a quick cup of coffee based goods, not a lot of chaos in the parking lot, and its really nice that its in the neighborhood.

PATHETIC ........ Cruddy order taker and as a result the tall coffee with 2 add shots took waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy toooooooooooo long. On on Wed last, I dont mind too much the little boy w/ no shirt and shoes running amok. But when the mother puts him on the service counter where I get my drinks and food, only t9 have none of the 4 staff say anything? ???? And I asked her to remove him, she got bent. So now Im still waiting for my drink and no one bothers to clean the counter. PATHETIC

This Starbucks is pretty small and really better suited to getting coffee to go as there isnt a lot of seating. I have also experienced and have friends that have been victim to goofed up orders and parking can be a pain for a SB in a shopping center. If you are a coffee fan, I would recommend the nearby Kingston Cafe for a higher quality brew.

Just got a cup of coffee. The lady who gave me my coffee. I was just trying to ask if its mine. Cuz I ordered large, and she gave me regular size. Its ok if you gave the wrong one order. But its NOT ok that she was being so RUDE. And no manners. First time that I have to experience that.

Its a decent Starbucks experience. My only gripe is that it does get pretty crowded here. The staff does a fantastic job of keeping up with the demand but the line that snakes around the whole store is kind of anooying. One thing I loved was the wireless charging pads on the tables.

Ive been coming here since I moved nearby and the drinks are made nice and fast while backed with friendly employees.

This is a pretty small Starbucks. Parking is also a challenge. Baristas are very friendly and helpful though :)
