Coffee and staff are as expected. The space is WAY too small to serve the community. Pony up StarBucks corporate and give these good people the flagship environment they deserve. There are a dozen vacant buildings well over 3000 SQ ft. for you to renovate :) On a positive note, I had a girl ask if she could sit on my lap while she ate her breakfast sandwich.

Good service and a good location. Right in the middle of the buzzing Burlingame Ave. The coffee shop is kinda small and it can get pretty crowded specially on the weekends. Theres a few outdoor seating for sipping your coffee while people watching. Lots of parking spots around so parking isnt an issue.

Of all the local Starbucks options this location seems to have capacity issues with execution quality suffering. Waited longer than usual (for SBUX) for ordering, drink wasnt as I wanted, and the cup collapsed just outside the store. If there were short lines Im assuming less issues wouldve occurred.

Ran out of napkins, just container turnaround. There are stores you can buy a pack of napkin. Informed manager she brought out a pack of paper towel from the back. She told me not to give her attitude. I tell her to go get another job, with less stress which allow her to think.

Typical Starbucks. Good, quick service & decent WiFi. Their WiFi was segregated so that I could not see the other users on the connection. Thats certainly safer than totally open, but Starbucks can still see all of everyones data and can use it for whatever purpose they want.

Yes, it is one of the busiest Starbucks around, however this Starbucks can get through a long line faster than any Ive ever seen, and they nail the complicated drinks my wife and I request every time! This Starbucks is awesome!

Very friendly staff! Wish they had a changing table in their restrooms. Downtown Burlingame is so family friendly, it seems odd that Starbucks doesnt offer this convenience to its customers.

One of the nicer Starbucks Ive been to. Great location near shops and Caltrain. Quick and polite service. Good selection of coffees, food (breakfast, brunch, and dinner!), and alcohol.

Very crowded Starbucks oddly located right next to a La Boulange. Standard coffee, mostly efficient service. Strongish wifi makes this place a favorite for locals.
