Worst online shopping experience ever. They do not accept exchanges in the store and for all online returns they charge a fee which has not been clearly mentioned anywhere except in small points in the terms and conditions. During thanksgiving I ordered a lot of stuff online, one top out of those initially showed shipped but never arrived. When I went back online to check again the order no longer featured in my orders...WEIRD...Later when I returned a top from amongst the ones that did come I receive one mail confirming the return one day and another mail for placing an order of the same top. DUDE I just returned this item and did not even place the new order. REALLY CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE

Poorest service Ive seen at a chain retailer in some time. The store closes at 9, but they closed the fitting room at 8:35 for no apparent reason, with lots of customers still in the store. Needless to say, and angry mob formed asking why they couldnt try on clothes. Most of them left without buying anything...

I always find something I like when I go. However their is so much clotging in such a little space it always feels cramped and easily get crowded. Other than at the check out I never see staff in the store helping customers.

I have been to this store for about 8 times and so far customer services are all good, may have improved over the years? Give it a try, this store is pretty neat comparing to other locations.

Very long lines at the fitting rooms. Waited over 20 minutes to try on pants. Employees are not very attentive. Okay selection for men.
